I stayed in the West Wing, and it smelled moldy! I felt sick just by entering the room. The food was also made with cheap ingredients and was not tasty. They served cheese fondue, but it was a stale French bread with boiled sweet potato and two slices of sausage, so it was a poor meal. The only thing they have here is a bath! A day trip bath is enough. I never want to stay here again!

Only a few of the hot springs that you can visit have a washing area, but the rooms with hot springs have an adjacent washing area with a shower. You can put it in the hot spring immediately after washing it and there is no problem even in the cold winter. You can return to your room naked even in the hot summer. The price is high, but I will use it next time. I've conquered all the private baths before, so this time I used only Otoryu. Otoryu is a hot spring by the river and it's spacious and comfortable, so I go there every time. Meals are served both in the evening and in the morning in a private room without worrying about the surroundings, which is one of the reasons why I come every year. Catfish sashimi can only be eaten here. I came from Nikko through Konsei Pass for the first time this year, but there is no second time. I want to come every year as long as I can drive.

Wir haben im Ryudo onsen eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Ich habe viele andere Bewertungen gelesen in verschiedenen Sprachen, wo die Leute sich darüber beschweren, dass die Sauberkeit nicht zum Besten staende und ähnliche Dinge. Solche Sachen hängen ja immer davon ab was man erwartet. Dieser onsen ist sicherlich nicht der neueste und hat eine längere Geschichte. Für uns Jedoch war hier alles positiv: unsere Zimmer eigentlich Suite müsste man wohl sagen mit separaten Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad und eigenem Garten onsen wenn man so möchte hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben uns hier eine Woche sehr gut erholt. Dass dieser Ort hier 18 verschiedene Bäder und auch verschieden gestaltete Bäder jeweils als separets hat, ist ja nun der Knüller. Das Essen ist prima jeden Tag gab es typisch japanisches Frühstück und Abendessen mit einer munteren Auswahl von Gemüse, Fleisch undFischgerichten. Die Natur ist wunderschön und lädt zu längeren Spaziergängen ein. Die Lobby ist gemütlich warm und mit dem kostenlosen Wi-Fi für Leute, die keine japanischen Handys haben äußerst praktisch. Wir sind extra aus München angereist und ich vermute mal es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

平日に1泊にて宿泊しました。良かった点、気付いた点を下記のとおり記載します。 ■良かった点 （1）送迎付プランがあった点 東京から高速バスを利用しました。終点の水上高原ホテルからの往復送迎が付いた高速バスのプランが用意されています。雪道の運転は不安でしたのでこちらのプランにして正解でした。宿周辺の積雪量は水上高原ホテルの辺りより多かった印象です。本プランはOTAでは販売されていないため、公式ホームページからの予約となります。有料であっても送迎だけを追加することは出来ないので、送迎希望の方は最初から送迎付のプランにする必要があります。なお、喫煙可能な客室もありますので、愛煙家にも優しい宿泊施設です。 （2）アフターフォローが良かった点 宿泊当日は、宿泊施設側のトラブルにより給湯管が故障してしまいました。そのため、一部のお風呂は利用出来ませんでした。然しながら、きちんとアフターフォローもあり、全く不満はありませんでした。お風呂も源泉掛け流しの貸切で良かったです。 （3）リクエストがきちんと伝わっていた点 公式ホームページから予約した際に、延長コードなとをリクエストしていましたが、きちんと部屋に準備されていました。宿泊施設によってはリクエスト事項を完全にスルーするところもあるので、きちんと対応いただけたことは好印象でした。料理の別注もきちんとご用意いただけました。なお、料理は朝夕ともに美味しかったです。 ■気になった点 （1）清掃が不十分であった点 部屋には埃や蜘蛛の巣があり、前に宿泊した方と思われる女性の長い髪の毛が数本落ちていました。敷き布団も、なかなか汚れていました。また、一部のお風呂は湯の花とは異なるコケのようなゴミがたくさん浮いていました。限られた人員で、敷地も広いため、なかなか大変かも知れませんが、もっと清掃に力を入れるとなおさらイメージが良くなるかと思います。現在は、一部のお風呂を除いて24時間入浴可能ですが、例えば、夜中0時から6時は清掃時間に充てたりしても良いかと思いました。 1泊という短い時間でしたが、リフレッシュすることが出来ました。ありがとうございました。
