大型の宿です。到着時も雪が降っていました。雪の時の水上温泉に来たのは初めてで、こんなに雪深いとは知りませんでした。 立派なとても広いロビーエリアの奥には、暖炉に火が灯っていました。 ホテル内ABCD と四つのエリア(建物)があります。D棟に宿泊しました。 リニューアルされた10畳と段差がない広縁の広い部屋でした。部屋の窓は二重サッシになっていて、部屋のテレビは大きかったです。カードキーが二枚で便利でした。また部屋菓子は温泉まんじゅうでした。 お風呂は大浴場が三ヶ所あります。初めに男女入替え制の庭園風呂に行きました。広い大浴場と横長の大きい岩風呂の庭園風呂があります。こちらからは、雪見風呂をとても楽しめました。庭園の池には氷にがはっていて、雪がふりつもっている庭には、時おり、野鳥も来てました。 翌朝はD棟の大浴場に行きました。こちらにも広い露天風呂がありますが、柵があるので、庭園風呂の露天風呂の方が良かったです。 両方のお風呂とも洗面脱衣室エリアは広く、アメニティーがそろっています。 夕食は夕朝ともバイキングのプランでした。 バイキング会場は広いのですが、平日なのにかなり混んでいました。 夕食時は、レストランの入口から左側の比較的静かなるドンエリアで食べました。 バイキングは品数は多いです。選んでにぎってもらう寿司と、ビーフステーキは美味しかったです。 朝食は更に混み合いました。春休み前の平日ですが、卒業旅行なので来ている方たちも多かったようです。 品数もあるバイキングなので、家族旅行や三世代旅行にも良い宿と思いました。 今回はバイキング宿なので、あまり期待はしてなかったのですが、素晴らしい雪見風呂と、きれいな館内が良かったです。またノンジャパニーズのスタッフさんが沢山いましたが、ホスピタリティーを学ばれていて、良い接客をされていました。

Stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast was good, but what was really great was the dinner. There are big strawberries. There was unlimited sweetness to eat. It was really great. On the first day of our stay, there was no snow at all. But on the second day, after traveling to the ski resort, when we returned to the hotel, we found snow in front of the hotel and inside the hotel, maybe 1 foot high. Very beautiful, impressive. The first day of showering was outdoors and the atmosphere was very refreshing. Think about soaking in warm mineral water in an atmosphere of 0 degrees. On the second day, you can take an indoor shower because the weather is minus 3 degrees, so it's better to take a shower indoors. The staff took very good care of us, like close relatives. Ask anything, I can answer it all. Recommend only good things The waiters were very attentive. In conclusion, I got a full score for this trip.

I've stayed there before, but since it's 1/3 of the size, there were a lot of people there. I ate what I wanted to eat and was satisfied, but I was disappointed that the seats I was given were the same both in the evening and in the morning, which was a busy place. There were fewer people in the bath than I expected, and I was able to take a bath in three different places, so I was able to relax. I was looking forward to the fireworks, but I had to cling to the window to see them, so I gave up my spot to my small child and just enjoyed the sounds. I think it would be fun for everyone to have fireworks at the bottom, like Niagara Falls. Overall, this is a place I would like to stay at again.

Many local ingredients are used, and you can enjoy it even just inside the hotel. ・The lobby has a sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and water available, making it a great place to meet up after taking a bath. ・Heating is effective throughout the building, making it difficult for the water to cool down. ・Although there were many foreign employees, everyone was kind, courteous, and pleasant. What wasn't good ・The water system in the room was worn out. ・The waiting area outside the public bath is cold. It was my first time on the water, and I think it's a great accommodation with great value for money considering the surrounding prices.

In the room, the air conditioning was a little difficult to understand, it took some time to find the remote control for the lights, and the sound of drainage from other rooms was a bit bothersome. However, the bath I went for this time was the best. It was spacious and clean, and I was able to enjoy the open-air bath, so I had a really relaxing time. Next time I would like to use the private open-air bath. The buffet meal was delicious and had enough quantity for our family. However, if it wasn't the final time, I wonder if there would have been a little more variety? I thought so. I was able to walk around the garden and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I still want to use it.

Anyway, the bath is the best. There are three types of public baths for guests to use, all of which have an indoor bath and an open-air bath, as well as a private bath (for a fee). It was so big that I would want to go again just to take a bath. The food was actually better eaten in the room, but each item on the buffet was carefully seasoned and delicious. You should definitely try the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast! It's too delicious!

A big resort in a big compound. Due to the low Yen, decided to splurge on a room with open-air bath. No regret. Spacious room with separate living room and a balcony with seating furniture. Toilet is separated from bathing area and there is a powder room too. The only negative point about the resort is on the main dining hall and food. The environment and food quality more like a factory cafeteria.

Worst hotel from start to finish. Meals are catered, drinks in paper cups, curry bowls are miso soup bowls, plastic spoons and forks. "The hot springs will close early." With a plan to check out at 11:00, there is no bus transfer. Staff without a smile, ambition and greetings. 158,000 yen for 3 days and 2 nights. Impossible. If you still want to go, please go ahead with scary things.

In a word, cost performance is bad. One person pays less than 30,000 yen for a twin room that is comparable to a business hotel, and a huge buffet. I could hear the voices in the corridor from the room, so it was a mistake to choose it during the busy season. There are three hot springs, but they are crowded. The parking lot is full. Because it was the prefectural discount period, there were many families and I could not relax at all. Not suitable for solo. The box is too big and the walls are thin. A woman's solo makes me shudder every time I hear a sound so thin that I can't tell which door is being knocked against the sound of the men's group talking and knocking on the door. It must have been so crowded that they couldn't even consider allocating rooms. You can see the scenery and go far from the door, but the room is small and you can't open the curtain on the parking lot side. I had a bad feeling about the check-in line, but... At the buffet, the sushi and steaks were taken in large quantities by family-like mothers and fathers, and there was a strange line that seemed to be impossible to get without going with the flow, and there was a time limit, so I couldn't eat slowly at all... . In the morning, even if I go on time, I'm tired of not having a seat. It must be a nice hotel, but for this amount (less than 30,000 per person), there are more relaxing accommodations. There is no repeat even if you are not alone.

I used it on a couple's driving trip to commemorate my retirement. The inn looks old, but the furnishings are well arranged, and I was able to use the inside comfortably. We used the private open-air bath. There was plenty of hot water, and I enjoyed two floors, indoor and outdoor. As for the dishes, not only Hida beef, but also salt-grilled Amago (salt-grilled amago) and other local ingredients were used, and all of them were carefully prepared. And the best item is “rock fish bone sake”. I grilled the char overnight and put it in hot sake from Hida.

When I went to a memorial service with my family, I stayed overnight on the way home. The meal was a buffet, but the number of items was satisfactory. It is an inn that I would like to use again.
