前台一點不專業。訂的大床房直接看了一個雙床房。不看訂單嗎？這點簡單的專業知識都不具備嗎？大家一定要去看清楚269和200元的大床房是一模一樣的房間。問前台有什麼不一樣她自己都説的牛頭不對馬嘴 説不出個所以然。那請問訂價格貴的有什麼意義。幾十塊錢就當個教訓。房間衞生做的也不仔細。保安大哥坐在大堂沙發上聊天。專業的酒店管理都不具備。

位置有點偏僻，一個縣城來説這個價位加這個配置有點高，早餐到九點去用餐就剩幾個涼的水煮雞蛋和小饅頭了，也不見在加餐……居然前台服務員大半夜三點鐘説是走錯房間了把房間門直接前前後後打開了三次，嚇得我以為小偷來了……這麼大的酒店這種事不應該發生的吧……要個發票遲遲不給開……第一次入住也是最後一次了

岷縣很冷 酒店特別暖 裝修很豪華 稍微有點舊了 接送服務很好 司機師傅很熱情 衞生很乾凈 早餐口味還行 送餐上門很貼心

早上吃早餐退房，前台要求補孩子的早餐劵，入住的時候也沒説，來吃早餐不讓孩子進，補24元，不是付給酒店，付給工作人員，説酒店網絡不好，後面進來好幾個孩子也沒補，態度不好，差評，差評，差評

房間設施比較老，但是挺乾淨的。早飯種類很少，不知道是不是氣温低，飯都是涼的，希望這點可以改進

酒店高檔大氣，價格適中，每個房間以不同國家名字命名，且風格各異。三樓可點餐用餐，早餐在一樓，早餐不夠給力，8:30去的時候已經衹剩粥和雞蛋了。
