Precio caro por la calidad y confort del apartamento
A día de hoy la TV e internet son un servicio básico incluido prácticamente ya siempre
El equipamiento incluido en el apartamento es mínimo y muy limitado
También debería haber un cargador de vehículo eléctrico en el parking
Su nivel es un estándar ya superado en este típo de alojamiento
Me ha recordado un servicio de hace más de 25 años

Studio prevu pour 4 personnes, nous étions 3 mais le logement est bien trop juste. Il manque une climatisation pour s'isoler de l'odeur nauséabonde de la papeterie surtout la nuit. On a aimé la piscine intérieure, la localisation au calme, les petits commerces au pied des immeubles. Groupe Néméa il faut revoir vos prix bien trop chers. Notre avis est mitigé

Appartement idéalement situé. Nous avons séjourné une semaine et tout s'est bien passé. Animaux acceptés c'est un plus, idem sur la plage. Aux pieds de la plage surveillée. Restaurants a proximité... La sud est extraordinaire. Un agréable séjour. A refaire

La résidence est délabrée, les balcons glissants par les algues qui y poussent et qui ne sont pas entretenus, enfin pour couronner le tout la piscine n'est plus chauffée et n'est plus utilisable. Ce qui est encore plus grave c'est que rien n'est dit lors des réservations, donc c'est une arnaque. Nous étions de bons clients depuis des années, c'est fini nous n'y retournerons plus.

Très déçue, chauffage piscine en panne. Et personne n a prevenu de ce soucis car ça fait deja plus d un mois que c est en panne. Résidence qui se délabre fortement. Vraiment dommage. Car l etablissement est face a la l océan. "LES GOURBETS" TERMINÉ

Résidence très bien placée mais un problème de chauffage piscine nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nous étions obligés de partir à une autre résidence nemea (à 5 min en voiture) pour profiter de la piscine chauffée.

Très déçu que la piscine couverte ne soit pas du tout chauffée. Il aurait été bien de prévenir lors de la réservation, c'est la moindre des choses. Pour les enfants, la piscine était bien trop froide .

Du matin au soir entendre l’océan c’est un bonheur , magnifique semaine à refaire dommage pour la piscine mais directrice au top et accès ailleurs pour la baignade 👍👍
