Very nice car-free holiday complex. We stayed here for two weeks at the end of September and enjoyed being here. Mimizan plage can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Very pleasant area, perfect for teenagers. Near downtown, beach. Everything on foot. Also perfect for children because vehicles not allowed in the residence. Very calm.

the location is 900m from the beach, 200m from the stream to go fishing and walking and 900m from a bike path to escape into the forest
