The apartment had a view of the swimming pool and the sea. It was well equipped, spacious and very clean. The decor was very pleasant and modern.

Great location, but we had a poor experience here: 1. There was no wifi as advertised 2. The aircon did not work for the 10 days we were there 3. The hot water did not work for two days 4. A neighbouring apartment had a plumbing problem that meant a lorry was there pumping sewage and trying to fix it for 3 days including early in the morning and late at night 5. The owner had the cheek to try and charge us for extra cleaning at the end! 6. Our apartment claimed it slept 6, but that was stretching it. One double bed, two singles plus a sofa pullout in the living room. Avoid.

- Ankunft/Abreise: Problemloser Check-In und Check-Out, Rezeption allerdings nur von 10 – 12 und 17–19 Uhr besetzt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (speziell Juliett hat uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich engagiert und sehr freundlich betreut – das nenne ich Service-Excellence) - Anlage: Die Anlage ist sehr schön, ruhig und zentral gelegen (ca. 100 m zum Strand + ca. 50m zum Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäftchen). Alles ist wirklich sauber und schön angelegt, allerdings durch die klimatischen Verhältnisse außen zum Teil auch schon etwas nachbesserungsbedürftig. Der Außenpool Pool (Öffnung 10-19 Uhr) ist groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Am Innenpool (Öffnung 10-19:00 Uhr) und dem Whirlpool ist auch nichts auszusetzen. Das Dampfbad und die Sauna sind eher klein (je ca. 4 qm) und leider nur von 10-12 Uhr und 17-19 Uhr geöffnet. Wenn die Anlage stark belegt ist, könnte das zu Problemen führen. - Appartement: Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges (großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Abstellraum, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 große Schränke mit Schiebetüren in Wand eingebaut, kleines Bad mit BW und separate Toilette) und schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den Fluß. Alles ist modern eigerichtet, sauber und sehr gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle) - WLAN: Völlig unverständlich muß für WLAN bezahlt werden (1 Woche für 1 Gerät = € 30,-) und die Anmeldung kompliziert über einen separaten Internet-Anbieter erfolgen. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß !!!. In jeder/m kleinen Pension oder einfachen Hotel gibt es heute kostenloses WLAN. Dies gehört zum Standard und sollte im Preis der Unterkunft enthalten sein. Hinzu kommt, daß das Internet wegen technischen Problemen des Anbieters öfters komplett ausgefallen ist. - Parken: Direkt hinter der Anlage befindet sich ein zur Anlage gehörender Parkplatz mit ausreichend kostenlosen Stellplätzen Resumee: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt in der Anlage " Appartement Nemea Residence in Mimizan Plage " sehr genossen.

Les points + : espace pièce de vie, chambre principale et terrasse au rdc. Emplacement de la résidence au calme tout en étant à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Logement propre. Les points - : literie moyenne, lit 140, absence de vmc dans la s2b et manque égouttoir cuisine. Problème majeur pour une résidence 3 étoiles, l état de la piscine extérieure au moins depuis 4 jours et qui ne sera pas résolu avant notre départ. Pas sérieux.

Résidence propre, piscine + piscine couverte + spa. Accueil sympathique. Tout ( Leclerc, centre ville, marché hebdomadaire, marché nocturne, restaurants, plages) a 150 mètres. Parking résidence. Appartement très correct et suffisant. Adresse à retenir.
