Gorgeous room, not maintained Room had broken shade; did not raise more than 2 inches left room very dark. Tub drain did not drain, ankle deep by the time done with regular shower

I enjoyed my stay at home2suites, great walking distance from everything you would want to visit downtown as well they had a good breakfast and new/clean rooms. My only complaint was that our entire 4-day/ 3-night stay we only received clean towels but no new toilet paper, no bed made, no garbage removed from the room which started to pile up after that many days was unsatisfactory. When I brought this up at the hotel desk when checking out the manager had really nothing to say, would have been nice to receive an apology or discount considering how much a person pays for a hotel room a night and I made my own bed the entire trip.

Took more than 20 minutes for check in with only one person working and a change of shift right at 3 p.m. Between floors was very loud. We could hear the people above us walking around the entire time. It's been a long time since I've experienced this in any hotel I've stayed at.

Nothing fancy, but nice I just spent the night. 9pm to 10am. It was more than I needed but totally lovely.
