There was no heat the ice machine was down no good service at all I want be back I would like a refund

Was a okay stay never heard of no visitors after 10pm or visitors will be ID. Hotel smelt like ****. Bed squeaked when u toss and turned.

Not sure how this place had 4 and 5 star reviews when I was looking for a place to stay. Long story short- for real... DO NOT STAY. DO NOT BE LIKE ME trying to save 50 per night. Pay it. I travel a lot! for some reason, i chose this place for a Sun-Thursday stay and I turned that quickly to Tuesday departure. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. moved to the holiday inn around the corner. This is NOT a hotel, this is an extended stay - and leave it off the title of the listing. It's dirty from the moment you walk in. I immediately knew I EFFED up. Should've left then. Floors, elevator, lobby- filthy. Hallways smell like smoke. Got a lecture about not smoking in the room at check in or it would be $100. Had cig smoke seeping through my bathroom vent the whole time. Hallways reek of smoke. No carpet in rooms, bed moves when you walk past it- not secured to anything. Cheapest pillows you could by- about the same thickness as airport pillows but bigger. NO FACE TOWELS. Huh? I actually had soap with me, but NO SOAP in the bathroom? Had to work on this trip- virtually from the room while there, one hard/metal chair to sit. The shuttle was some random private taxi who was 30 minutes late picking me up. No convienience store, place to eat, vending machine etc- the only thing that's really walkable is the mcdonalds across the street. Coffee in the morning was cold? Again, i left after the second night. Terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Verbally insulted I found the whole thing very uncomfortable. the rooms are clean and for the most comfortable the service was miserable. I was treated like a vacant, spoken to like a delinquent. Do I need in the room give off a sterile uncomfortable look. Wow that's not a huge factor for some it is for those who get headaches and certain types of lighting that give off EMF. Parking was great location was nice.. for the most part the building itself wasn't so bad. But the actual management and staff was very very judgmental and belittling to multiple guests. Individuals should not be judged or decide what a person is. Being presumptuous and judgmental in the service industry is a huge turnoff. It wasn't just a one demographic. I watched their service and their way of treating all guests to be very shrewd cold and unwelcoming. I don't understand why choice even endorses such as experience. I wouldn't want my worst enemy spending more than one night in this verbally elected and abusive environments

The first room i was in had ants all around the tv and the second rooms bathroom sink didn’t drain properly the walls were very thin I could hear the conversation the person next to me were having

Right off of the freeway. Someone spilled a soda in the lobby and they didn't bother cleaning it up properly
