The room was quite lovely. Clean and very comfortable with some nice modern touches including the large accessible shower and high-end mattress and bedding. Nice view of the neighborhood through large windows, providing daylight and ambiance in the evening. Enjoyed the common kitchen with Nespresso, glassware, and other options.
As a person with some mobility restrictions, I wasn't aware that navigating to the floor where the guest rooms are located requires using a steep staircase. I was able to get up and down but it was less than ideal.
On the first night of my stay, there was a family down the hall with very small and very loud children who didn't settle down until well after midnight.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the property to others, with the caveats above.
