The only thing I can't understand is that when it rains outside, the toilets 402 and 403 where we stayed originally started to bulge with water, and the sewer cover kept jumping up, making two sounds one after another. I was worried about it raining all night and considered driving the next day, so I finally changed to a room on the 5th floor that would not be affected by the rain.
