"Really quick and easy check in. Very clean hotel, booked the standard double bed and single bed room. The room was a good size and had nice comfortable beds. In a great location right next to the HUB, where there are a bunch of bars and restaurants.
There's a lot of paid parking outside the hotel."
"Great location if you want to watch football our room overlooked the pitch. It was more than a walk away for the MK Bowl (lots of taxis though). First room smelt of smoke but they changed the room. (wasn’t worth what we paid though)."
"This time I was upgraded to the room with a window, however the windows do not open and the view was over a neighbor if building. Unfortunately the room I was allocated smelled of cigarettes, despite the smoking ban in the hotel. Air conditioner was broken, so it was pretty bad. I raised it with reception, hopefully they will be able to rectify the problem.
Cleaning wasn’t up to scratch this time either, there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor."
"The location for me was perfect as I needed to be close to the hospital. It’s also close to bus stops into the centre and with a car you can reach destinations around the city fast.
The room is as shown in photos and is very well equipped for a hotel of this category. The wine glasses and tumblers chilling in the fridge were welcome! I found the room to be very clean and well kept. There was good storage, plenty of sockets including a couple of USB ports which is handy. The views of the marina were very nice and added character.
The people I met whilst staying were friendly and helpful.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and had two good nights rest. I’d certainly book there again."
"Absolutely loved our stay at the Mecure Hotel Milton Keynes. The hotel was set in beautiful green surroundings close to a golf course.
The hotel itself had a spacious and welcoming foyer. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who swiftly checked us in and explained where our room was.
We had a very quiet room as requested.
The room itself overlooked the back car park but was surrounded by trees.
The size was very adequate and the bed super comfortable. Everything was clean and the pillows were comfortable too. Coffee tea facilities were good and refillable if required.
However there was no fridge in the room (my only negative)
The bathroom had a rainfall shower and was a good size with shampoo and body wash.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Natalie on reception for going above and beyond with a lovely smile too.
I think the only negative I had was with the breakfast manager who was not so friendly but it was very early lol.
Breakfast: Amazing coffee machine!!! Cooked breakfast and continental with good bread and lots fruit and yoghurts.
Check out was easy too.
All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely return.
Breakfast came with our package and was very nice."
"there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night"
"The only Issue I have with hotel is they have no fridges in rooms
That is fine but they should have a fringe for customers medication
I was refused first time
Then went back and insisted !
Find it crazy these days with inclusive for all
If I had visible issues would do anything
To assist"
"The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the room was excellent with plenty of towels. The restaurant was large but the servery could have been bigger."
"Nice little countryside hotel on he edge of Milton Keynes. Lovely area. Nice and quiet.
Room nice for one night stay. Received upgraded room which was nice. Some of the furniture was a little worn, but all was very comfortable and very clean. Comfy bed. I will return."

Amazing
GGuest UserI have been a few times to this Moxy and paid for parking on my check out. Usually deducted from my deposit. (£25)
This time I wasn’t aware it’s a new payment parking system, and did not see the sign at reception telling you this. Now I’m waiting to see if I have a fine!
When I asked reception about this situation the girl said I don’t really know about this as it’s new.
GGuest UserLocation is great. Near the Theatre district, Xscape and a short taxi ride to the Hub. Perfect start to the evening with cocktails in the Fourteen Bar, overlooking the city. Staff all lovely. Breakfast had a good choice of pastries, cereal and full English. Room overlooked the park. Beds were very comfortable. Elemis toiletries in the shower. If you park in the multi storey for longer than 9 hours you can get it discounted down to £10.
JJadey 87Great location to the event we went to the staff were friendly. Good bar area on site and close to supermarket. Only downside was the parking was expensive for two days so would be nice for a hotel deal
Ddandan121Really nice budget hotel with a pool. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and comfy. Good overnight stay and close to the shopping centre by cars.
GGuest UserVery lovely welcome and flexible allowing slightly earlier book in to enable us to get ready for a wedding. Room clean and breakfast was great.
CChris HauptLovely view of the lake, much prefer not having a crappy breakfast included in the price, room was spotless, nice shower, decent desk/workspace.
Two minor negatives: the TV was teeny tiny and the placement of it really affected the work space when set up with a laptop, mouse etc. Secondly there was a pretty unpleasant smell at the top of the stairs like stale fish.
That's nitpicking though, it was an absolutely lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
WWajid1The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.
WWing ManStayed for Silverstone visit, actually, easy to uber/take bus from and to the bus station to the race track. Pretty good price and cozy. Definitely good for a family visit
