there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

I have an amazing experience at the hotel, starting from the guy from the reception to the room itself. The room is very cozy, comfortable, i could sleep like a baby there. Everyone was so nice and polite. The food was very good. Overall, I have a great time there and I will come back for sure.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is non existent, the rooms are hot and uncomfortable even though it is advertised as having AC from hotel site as well as main Travel Lodge website. This is a lie. No refrigerator to at least keep a bottle of water cold. No cleaning Dirty staff just responds ‘don’t know’ don’t have’ too bad’.

We were quite happy with the stay. Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. No toiletries in room other than a hand soap. No air conditioning but there is a fan and windows open to catch a breeze. Central location to train and so many other shopping and restaurants in the area. We would stay again (but would bring shampoo :-)).
