Stayed for three nights for an annual sci-fi convention. Staff are helpful but there are never enough on duty. The bar especially suffered from inexperienced staff and on occasions people were waiting for up to 30 minutes to get served.
The accommodation was clean and serviceable however, it is very dated and needs a good revamp. Annoyingly there was one one key for a double room and strangely only one bath towel for a room occupancy of two.
Food wise, for the prices paid, it was sadly lacking in choice, and not very inspiring. I wouldn’t pay the £22 for the evening meal and made alternative arrangements.

Stayed here for a convention. It's an absolutely fine place to stay. The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and cool - the shower was great. It's not anywhere central, but fine if you don't mind ordering in for dinner or getting food there (it will be a bit pricey). Staff was pleasant, seemed a little understaffed but nothing that ruined anything too much. Breakfast was great quality and covers all the essentials to choose from. The choice of rooms for the convention is great, so much space in all the areas! Never had a problem with neighbor noise. Overall, recommended. Nothing spectacular but still a good choice.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms normal size but the beds are very comfy. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Close drive to shops n malls. Nice breakfast.

The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.

Room excellent however you turn up it doesnt say hotel or rooms this way it looks like an office block.
Then parking out front only 30 mins reception does not say there are 300 spaces but you cant park there or check to make sure your not parked in 30 area just incase.
what made up for it is was the superior room excellent the grounds are lovely the usual milton keynes lots of trees i will definately stay again now i know its a hotel how the parking works and really nice spacious room
