Maybe it was just bad luck in our room but when we arrived it was so warm in the room and we couldn’t get the temperature adjusted so it was difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work so we got ready the next morning in the dark with some sunlight peaking through.

I booked with parking already included as part of the package. The hotel charged parking again without letting me know when I checked out. and refused to provide the refund immediately when I found out and called them again. Very disappointed service.

I wasn't able to attend the hotel due to my mother accident. And still got charge for all three days. Its unfortunate that I couldn't even get refund.

Everything was great other than we got no housekeeping. I asked the staff numerous times and never happened other than that stay was good.

The property is new and in good condition. I had the license plates stolen off my rental car in the hotel parking lot. As you can imagine, this created some issues. Do not recommend.

As soon as we stepped out of car we were greeted by a not so pleasant smell. Now I know that the hotel can’t control the outside environment causing the smell however, it was not great impression to start off the stay. When we walked into the actual hotel, it looked very nice and the staff was lovely. Then going to the elevator, it smelled worst than outside, we didn’t even take the ride up we looked for the stairs. The actual room was very nice, the shower was great. Great water pressure and everything. There was a small stain on the wall in the bathroom which wasn’t a big deal, but it is a detail you notice as you are sitting on the toilet. The pool was really what we were looking forward too but unfortunately we stayed less then 20 minutes maybe due to the amount of bugs in there and the strong smell of outside. That was a big bummer.
