Pretty dissapointing experience at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler around the world and did not experience something like this before ever. There was a big note in the bathroom which said please call front desk if you require complimentary toiletries. When i called the lady said its $2 for a toothpaste. I replied back saying your note in the bathroom says its free and she replied back saying โnot anymore โ

My wife and daughter and friend stayed for a baby shower in San Jose. My wife said it was nice and the rooms were pretty and the breakfast was good.

Surprised that there were steps leading up to the entrance of the hotel and I didn't see any other access for disable people (or just someone like me who was tired and had a heavy sugar).

Only negative issue i had was the rude lady in the check in counter. I've been here many times and never had any issues but this time around was different. All other staff members were amazing like always.
