My first night was great but the second night I could not sleep, all the tenants were slamming doors constantly all night long. I could not sleep and was going to stay but decided against it because of the slamming

Full kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was so so

It's only an hour's drive from the affluent area of ​​San Francisco, and the surrounding living facilities are excellent and the public security is good (patrol police often pass by). If you are visiting for business, I recommend this apartment-style hotel with an excellent location.

The facilities are very old. I have never seen such an old hotel in my life. The sanitation was not cleaned during the week I stayed there. The damp smell from the furniture in the room was very unpleasant and irritating. Since I booked a room for several days at a time, I endured it and stayed for a few days. When I checked out, I immediately changed hotels... The cost performance is really low...

Close to Dahua Supermarket, there are at least 20 Chinese restaurants nearby, and the room can have an induction cooker and microwave oven

Multiple reservations, renewal

The one thing that wasn’t so good. Had to pay to upgrade to a handicap room. The website didn’t offer a handicap room. It said to ask when I checked in. So had to pay more. That was so wrong. Plus had to go and get the dishes and kitchen supplies and turn on our towels to get new ones. If you wanted your room cleaned that was extra. This place Nickel and dime you. Never staying at this place again!!

It’s always a great place to stay peace and quiet I love it and also the staff is friendly and helpful.

Lots of scary people around. The fat receptionist was rude from the minute I said hi. The person above us was up until 3-4am stomping around. The lobby closed at 11pm when the website said midnight. Disgusting shower and floor. Will never be back

The check in was pleasant and the room was comfortable overall. There were several strands of hair on the shower and near the toilet. It immediately felt unclean and unsanitary.

Staff no where to be seen. Had to call to get checked in and when requesting sheets for fold out. Front desk never staffed. Didn’t have pillows for fold out. Stay somewhere else.

Everything was clean and neat! Only thing is we noticed that the floor felt sticky all over the room and maybe hasn't been mopped in a bit. But otherwise, our stay had been peaceful and relaxing🤗 5 stars if the floor wasn't sticky tho but would still come back next time!
