We stayed a week at the gava resort and it was beautiful. We were getting a room with a private pool which was amazing. The staff was cleaning the pool and the room every day. The staff is very kind and the landscape and the sea are gorgeous. It’s a good place for kids but also adults. They have a nice spa in the resort with very lovely girls doing a great job. The best part in the resort is the animation team. Yuri, Nina, Matej, Viliam and Sofia were full of power and made us enjoy even more. We connected easily with other guests because of the animation team and in the end we were a large group of people, having fun all together. They have a lot of activities like aqua aerobics, sports, games, dancing, mini club, mini disco and more. They were always motivating us, they were full of energy, friendly, nice to talk to and fun. Unfortunately we didn’t like the food that much but everything else was great. We would definitely recommend a holiday at the gava resort in Milna.

Superb setting, good accommodation, spacious and overall good service. Gym on site a good addition. The activities by the sea are a great addition and really mix the day up. What let's the resort down is the food, not quality but overall choice is limited. The drinks! Now these are shocking, all watered down, to literally water (soft drinks) Cocktails are premixed and cheap tasting I get its all inclusive, but then just charge a little extra and up the quality in these areas, as it really does let down a resort with great potential. We ventured out to Milna most nights due to this, adds expense but food and drink there is top class. Should be a free shuttle bus! Not sure if I'd recommend, as food, drink are always a big part of the overall experience. A shame

The resort is beautiful and on a great location if you want to relax. We had a really nice and spacious room that was regularly cleaned. The only thing that can be improved would be the food and drink selection. The part that made this trip so memorable to us and brought us positive energy would be the animation team. Yury, Matej, Nina, Sofia, William and Sanja do an amazing job for kids and adults. Since they all come from different countries, they also know a lot of languages. The activities are really fun and enjoyable, and there is definitely something for everyone. We had a lot of fun because of them and they are the reason we would come back to this hotel in the future.

What a lovely, relaxing experience. A nice, clean, spacious room (Junior Suite), tasty and varied food (the pizza is to die for!) extremely helpful staff (particularly the receptionist on Tues, 8 July, who helped us leave quickly due to a medical emergency), and a lovely setting just by by the sea. I couldn't wish for a better holiday. If you dont like peace and tranquility, this holiday isnt for you. Highly recommend going to Milna as the sun sets

The resort at Gava waterman is an average resort , Food in the main restaurant is ok , No coffee Machine at all so that’s means crap coffee for breakfast, there’s one in reception but you need to pay £2 for the coffee. Ants in the patio and quite frankly I can understand that , but the sewage smell that was unbearable by the bar and also walking by the mini golf course that’s is something that put me off completely. I think it can be a very good resort if they will get few problems sorted.

The hotel opened last week - May is start of the season for the complex. Collection of Forest cottages or you can stay in the blocks - Junior suites etc also. The rooms are very clean - fresh towels daily. Situated at a lovely inlet from the Adriatic. Lots of forest walks you can do locally - 30 mins you can walk into the nearest town of Milne. Food & wine is nice & the outdoor elevated seating area is lovely. As it is the beginning of the season we are spoilt for choice for sunbed areas ' we like the sunbeds next to the sea. Would deff recommend and would return.

Everything was nice. During the meals it was a bit too noisy and rushy. But our daughter cried when she realised that it was our last day and that she would not see the animators again (especially Sanja and Sofi).
