We stayed in this hotel two times before on 2017 and 2018 and were satisfied, this time we were excited. There are brand new rooms with very nice design and spacious sunny terrace with amazing view. The food was very good- breakfast and dinner. The service was friendly and attentive.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage am See! Entspannt auf der Liegewiese am See oder im Wellnessbereich, Aktivitäten am, im und um den See und in den Bergen - alles möglich und unabhängig vom Wetter! Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter!

Wir waren nur 2 Tage auf Zwischenstopp, zuerst mit HP gebucht. Beim ersten Abendessen kalte sehr mäßige Spargelsuppe, auch sonst das Essen nicht ****s angemessen. Im gesamten Gastrobereich keine Fachkräfte mit erheblichen Servicemängeln. Die Terrasse direkt am See 2x wunderbar, aber hier absolute Service-Katastrophe. Zuerst auch freie Tische nicht eingedeckt, dies dann selber übernommen, nachdem endlos lange keine Bedienung erschien. Was dann später kam, völlig unbeholfen und lahm - so geht das in einem ****s - Hotel überhaupt nicht! Am 2. Tag änderten wir in nur Frühstück und aßen im Lindenhof recht gut. Schade, denn günstig war es nicht.

Wir können trotz angestrengtem Nachdenken keinerlei zum bemängeln finden! Hervorragendes Service in allen Belangen. Überall alles sauber. Vor allem sind die Künste der Küche zu erwähnen! Erwähnenswert sind auch die große Terrasse und der Wellnessbereich. DAlso alles bestens.

Das Hotel hat eine Super Lage am See. Wir haben ein Aktiv-Wochenende verbracht. Feines Essen, toller Service und sehr ruhige Lage. Toll, dass man auch am Abreisetag die Hoteleinrichtungen und den Strand nutzen darf. Die Umgebung ist super zum Radfahren und Wandern.

Top Essen, Top Services, Top Lage EINFACH ALLES PERFEKT. Wir waren von 1605 bis 1805 im Seehotel und es war alles bestens, die Lage direkt am See mit Schöner Liegewiese und Seeterasse, der Service war immer sehr bemüht und am Abend wurden wir auch sehr verwöhnt.

+ Suite im neuen Trakt modern, sauber, hübsch eingerichtet schöner Blick auf den See genügend Parkplätze vorhanden ruhig sehr junges Personal, bemüht - teilweise in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, sehr verschachtelt mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen (wenig Platz- und Spielmöglichkeit, ältere Gästeschicht) Frühstück entspricht nicht einem 4*s Hotel (Auswahl, Angebot, Präsentation) 1x waren die Zuckermelonenscheiben ungenießbar, alt und zogen Fäden (es wurden dann einfach neue Scheiben auf die alten gelegt) Ursprünglich mit Halbpension gebucht, bestellten wir nach dem ersten Abendessen bei der Rezeption die Halbpension für unser Kind ab. Man sagte uns kein Problem, wir zahlen nur, was das Kind vom Menü bestellt. Bei der Endabrechnung wurden uns dann nur nicht nachvollziehbare €10 pro Tag nachgelassen. Fazit: Für das Geld hätte man woanders schöner Urlaub machen können

Der Barkeeper ist unfreundlich. Es scheint ob er lieber keine Bestellingen annimmt. Es ist nicht moglich um das Mitteluhr eine kleine Snack zu bestellen. Die Bedienung am Terasse ist schlecht. Man muss lang warten und selbst nach Innengehen. Das Abendessen ist nicht a la carte. Nur Pension menu Wahl. Fantasielos und nicht gut. Der Hotel Chef nimmt unsere Beschweren nicht serious.
