Without going into all the defects in our room in this motel I can sum our experience in one word… AWFUL and totally forgettable. I would never recommend this motel. Considering the next night we stayed at the Ambassador Motel in Coonabarrabran which was excellent in all respects for $165, $164 for a night in the Milmerran motel was very overprice.

Very basic motel. Room was small & quite ordinary. Black carpet even looked dirty. Room didn’t feel very clean. Shower pressure not the greatest. Bathroom small, limited shelving. Quite glad to check out.

Rooms are small, and the motel is old, which made it a bit expensive for what you got. That said, it was comfortable enough for one night, the staff were helpful, and you had all the basics. Appreciated the room out the back - no road noise. Great value dinner at the Black Cat cafe, right over the road.
