Came in for 1 night to attend a show at the Ryman and the hispanic woman at the checkin counter was just lovely. She helped up to the room, and was very understanding. The Indian gentalmen did not really care to help, or understand that I as a blind guest deserve to have the same service everyone else gets.
Very clean hotel. Even from the moment I walked in, I couldn't get over the fact that it smelled very clean, and it was a well taken care of building. However, the breakfast was absolutely awful. Cold tater tots, almost not cooked all the way sausage patty, runny eggs... just not fun. You're better off spending some money and ordering from a breakfast spot. Now, I only stayed one night so it could have just been an off day, but it was rough.
