"The hotel environment is OK. The Langham's usual old money style. The room design is more French. The space is relatively large in Sydney. However, the location of the Langham Sydney is average. Although the nearest subway station is not far away in a straight line, you have to walk down the stairs, which is not very convenient. There are no convenience stores on Kent Street at night, and it is also a distance from the nearest supermarket. The room is 4 points, and the transportation is 3 points"

"This is our second time staying at the Crown hotel and I have to say that I think their service is now decreasing and not as good as before. They claim to be a six star hotel however they do not have turndown service like a true luxury five star hotel should have and instead they only offer it on weekends. I’m unsure of the rationale behind this however it must be related to cost cutting. There was also some issues regarding the cleans of the room however credit must go to the duty manager who rectified promptly leaving us satisfied."

"Facilities: Overall, better than I expected. It has a classic Shangri-La style, and since I wasn't expecting it to be brand new, I'd say the service and location are its strongest points. Cleanliness: The lobby had a consistent, pleasant scent, which was very comforting. Location: The location is fantastic; we could walk to many places, and there were plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Service: The service at the hotel's 36th-floor restaurant deserves a special mention. While the food wasn't particularly outstanding, the service was absolutely impeccable. They even replaced a dish immediately when the taste wasn't right. What truly stood out was the lobby bar: after I ordered an orange juice for my child, the staff, upon seeing us with our luggage, decided not to charge for it, saying it was a gift for the little one. It was a very thoughtful and heartwarming gesture."

"Location was a bit tricky. You needa walk uphills with your luggage to the hostel. The hotel had a rooftop with an opera house view. The location was close to the Rock market, Pancakes on the Rock. It’s also in walkable distance to the circular quay and opera house. Early self check-in was allowed. In the compartment, usb charging was also available. A cabinet was provided. Your own padlock was required to lock the cabinet. No shampoo/ body wash/ toothpaste/ toothbrush were provided, which was acceptable as a hostel. Free luggage storage after check-out was available."

"Excellent location, friendly staff and good service. The room was ready 15 minutes past the check-in time 2pm, the friendly staff gave us a bottle of wine to make up as he noticed we were a group of friends catching up for a weekend."

"High accessibility to the central area in Sydney! However, the room, services and amenities are not impressive. One note, I was not sure whether the color of hot water is usual in Sydney or not, when taking bath."

"Great Views and Friendly Seẻvice Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it! The apartment was huge with a great balcony offering stunning city views. The kitchen and laundry facilities were super convenient, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. The only small issue was some noise from the street at night, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney!"

Facilities: Poor compared to hotel grade. - The pool is too small. - Gym Facilities Are Too Poor Location: BEST The hotel is old and the facilities are worn out overall. However it was clean and well maintained The best thing about this hotel is the location. The view from our room on the harbour side was so stunning and impressive. However, the size of the room was too small and inconvenient. So overall, I'd give it about 4 out of 5 stars."

"The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning view from our room and balcony—absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, with most attractions within walking distance. Watching the Vivid Light Show from the comfort of our balcony was a particularly memorable experience. However, the room itself was quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was noticeably worn with dark patches, and parts of the bathroom were peeling. On the plus side, housekeeping did service the room daily, which was appreciated. One downside was the misleading information about parking. Although the website mentioned parking, there was none available on-site. We had to use Wilson's parking next door, which came at a steep price. All in all, I’d recommend this hotel for the location and views alone, but be prepared for a room that’s seen better days."
