"Stayed here for a few nights and honestly, it was better than expected for an airport hotel. The good stuff: Room was super clean and actually pretty nice. Everything was well-maintained and the bed was comfortable. For the price point, the room quality really surprised me in a good way. The location works great if you need to be near SFO - convenient and easy to get to the airport. The vibe is definitely more budget hotel than luxury, and it can get a bit loud with the airport crowd coming and going. You get a mix of travelers so it's not the quietest spot, but that's pretty typical for this type of place. Bottom line: if you need a clean, decent room near the airport without breaking the bank, this place delivers. Not fancy, but it gets the job done well. Stayed: Mar 25-28, 2025"

"The hotel is within walking distance of the airport by taking one light rail stop. The surrounding area feels safe. There is free coffee in the lobby and the decoration is relatively new and stylish."

"The hotel near San Francisco Airport is excellent. Its location is extremely convenient with great transportation links. Whether you're arriving or departing, it's easily accessible. However, one downside is that the parking fee is rather expensive. Despite this, the overall experience at this hotel is still very positive and I would recommend it to others."

"The hotel is just across the road from mudflats, perfect for a walk, and you can enjoy fantastic views of planes taking off and landing on the runway on the opposite bank! The only downside was that the room we were initially given was right next to the elevator, and it was noisy practically every minute. After an hour of observing and tolerating the noise, and confirming it wasn't just a temporary issue, I asked the front desk to change our room. It took two checks by staff and an engineer, but we finally got a new room, and it was perfectly quiet."

The welcoming atmosphere of the lobby immediately impressed me upon check-in, and the room itself was an even bigger surprise. It was decorated with a minimalist yet elegant touch, and the plush bed paired with the well-appointed lighting allowed me to instantly shed my travel fatigue. What truly stood out was how incredibly quiet the room was; even though it's located right in the city center, I could barely hear any outside noise, ensuring an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep."

"The hotel's location is not too far from the airport, which is a bit different from what I thought. And it is clearly written that there is a free airport shuttle, but in fact there is none. Other than that, other aspects are good and the hotel is relatively clean The facilities are also complete"

"Clean, comfortable with good lighting. Got a room on the second floor, the view is at the corridor outside the room which overlooks the parking area. Walls are thin so one can hear muffled conversation, toilet sounds, and the tv. Microwave and fridge were useful. About 8-10 minute walk to Milbrae Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Walgreens and an $8 Uber ride in the other direction to Shops at Tanforan (Marshall’s, Target, BJs sports bar). Good base at The Millwood to do all I needed to over the 2-night stay. $13 uber ride back to the airport; From the airport: took the BART to Milbrae ($5.50) then an $8 uber ride to hotel. I thought a $30 uber ride from airport too excessive for a solo traveler."

"The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for - close to the SFO airport. Nearby the hotel, there are many eateries which was convenient. Breakfast was generous and had everything we wanted. Everything was clean. Would visit again!"

"The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport, approximately 5 kilometers away. North-facing rooms offer direct views of planes taking off and landing across Highway 101, but the excellent soundproofing ensures no noise disturbance. The hotel is situated within a recently developed complex and features a large parking lot at the back. Both the rooms and facilities are brand new, which is quite unusual for a US hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped with basic kitchenware and a stovetop, making them ideal for families with children who want to prepare simple meals. As the surrounding area is newly developed, there are currently only two fast-food restaurants across the street (one of which is Panda Express, a well-known Chinese fast-food chain in the US). The other units are still for lease, so it will probably take over a year for more amenities to become available. However, in the community directly opposite, there are three to four restaurants, including the famous West Coast burger joint, In-N-Out. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station, offering quick and easy access to Silicon Valley and San Francisco. The hotel offers breakfast, which is quite good for a US hotel, featuring options like hard-boiled eggs🥚, scrambled eggs, bread, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, coffee, and more."
