We stayed one night at the Couvent. I can’t call it a hotel because really it’s a very sophisticated bed and breakfast. The house has been very tastefully converted and has six bedrooms. Stephanie runs the place in a really charming way. There’s a pool and sitting areas both inside and out, as well quite substantial grounds. Really vey nice all round.

Such a stylish, beautiful place to stay a short walk from the centre of Millau. Our room was large, and the bed extremely comfortable, and our breakfast , served in the garden was really very good. And Joey made us feel at home. Alas, that was not the case when tired from our very long journey we simply wanted to enjoy an evening snack in the garden; forbidden, presumably because to do so would spoil the Instagram-perfect setting. Such a shame, as otherwise, our stay could have been perfect.

This is a LONG overdue review of Couvent de la Sallette (my wife and I actually stayed there Dec 4, 2019!). Our one night visit was so awesome, we felt terrible for not leaving them a positive review at the time - but forgot to do so. If you are looking to stay in a BEAUTIFULLY renovated historic french property - done with sophisticated architectural details combined with luxurious warmth and charm, then this should absolutely be on the top of your list. The owner's are a delight and have done a spectacular job restoring this historic convent into a property you would love to live in. We cannot say enough nice things about our stay - well worth a visit!

Lieu patrimonial, unique, décoration élégante et somptueuse, chambres spacieuses et confortables, petit-déjeuner soigné, accueil personnalisé. C’est un endroit paisible à distance de marche du centre-ville , nous avons été bien guidés par l’hôtesse pour découvrir la région.

Un grand merci à Stéphanie, la maîtresse des lieux, pour cette parenthèse enchantée. Bravo pour le soin apporté à la décoration, somptueuse ; la qualité du service (petits déjeuners, massages..) et merci pour le temps accordé et les échanges très enrichissants que nous avons eus ensemble. Tout était parfait. Expérience à renouveler avec plaisir. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, je recommande pleinement.

Une très belle maison, une très belle chambre, un très bel accueil, un beau moment passé dans cet hôtel plein de charme. Le petit déjeuner est très joliment présenté et préparé avec des produits locaux; le miel est à tomber. La literie est très confortable et la situation paisible. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Ce fut parfait.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire de ce lieux sublime à quelques pas de la rivière et du centre ville. Très belle décoration, magni6salle de bains, lit extrêmement confortable. Jolie piscine dans un bel écrin de verdure. Petit déjeuner fort agréable.
