A nice central location, a lovely welcome from the very friendly and efficient staff, a very comfortable room, a fantastic buffet style breakfast, 24 hour room service, safe and secure parking less than a minutes walk away and staff who can't do enough for you. What more could you ask for?

Clean and comfortable room with a view overlooking the fountain in the little square in front of the hotel. As motorcycle travellers whose friend recently had their bike stolen in Reims, it is worth the peace of mind to pay for the hotels indoor garaged parking facilities. The staff were very helpful and even called the Ibis hotel at our next stop to reserve a garaged parking space for us. There would have been so much more to see and choices of places to eat had we not arrived over the Easter weekend when practically everything was closed. We ate the pizzas at the hotel which were nice and served a purpose.

Худший отель ! Нам просто повезло,что нужно было переночевать всего одну ночь. В номере стоял невыносимый запах то ли краски,то ли какой-то химии после ремонта или мытья. Ужасные подушки,отвратительное постельное бельё в каких-то попытках. В итоге: проснулись ранним утром с отпечатками постельного белья на лице и теле и кровью из носа. Этот отель должен доплачивать посетителям за прибывание.

Nous avons un enfant handicapé et à notre arrivée le premier jour , pas de soucis avec la place de parking handicapé nous avons pu garer le véhicule tranquillement .mais le deuxième jour quand nous sommes rentrés de notre sortie vers 21h et que nous voulions nous mettre sur la place handicapé Nous avons vue que celle si était occupée ? On c’est dit que c’est sûrement une voiture d’handicapés Et que toutes les places du parking étaient aussi toute prises Une employée de chez ibis et vite venue à notre rencontre pour nous dire de nous garer dehors car c’était complet d’un ton très autoritaire sans nous laisser parler Donc je laissé descendre tout le monde femme et enfants plus mon fils handicapé (mon fils handicapé quand on descend du véhicule ne passe pas inaperçu !!! lol on voit bien qu’il et handicapé) et en passant devant le personnel ma fille entend que c’est la voiture de l’employée qui nous avait ordonné d’aller nous garer plus loin qui était sur la place des handicapés Une honte Quand ma fille me dit ça j’ai été dire à cette même personnes se que je pensais d’elle Honteux et pas du tout respectueux de la part d’une professionnelle Bonne soirée

Hôtel situé idéalement entre notre domicile en région stéphanoise et la Méditerranée. Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel moderne, bien situé dans le cadre grandiose de Millau. Cet établissement réponds exactement aux normes Ibis. Les chambres sont vastes, bien aménagées, très silencieux lors de notre passage. Petit déjeuner correct à prix raisonnable. Afflux important de voitures sur le parking en fin de journée. Etape positive.

Ibis et Mercure sont dans le même bâtiment. Nous avons eu la possibilité d'avoir une chambre Ibis récemment refaite et située au 5 étage. Chambre parfaite ! Salle de bains spacieuse et propre. Grand balcon. Petit-déjeuner standard Ibis ... jus d'orange pressé (super), machine nespresso (pas de notre goût)

Sober en redelijk duur. Samen met mercure hotel. Het personeel bij aankomst was niet super vriendelijk. Bij checkout wel. Grote sobere kamer die in orde was. Ook de badkamer in orde. We hebben geen ontbijt genomen wegens de hoge prijs. Algemeen redelijk duur
