"The room was fine and clean... but when I got to the hotel I asked the receptionist, a blond guy with somewhat long hair, if he could please order a taxi for 4 in the morning the next day to take me to the airport. He didn't do it. By chance, at night I decided to ask. There was another guy at reception and he told me that there was no taxi reservation. I think they should be more attentive to these details..."

"It's really ambiguous. The whole of Santiago is full, so it's a place that saved me, but the facilities and location are also ambiguous. The price was 85,000 won per night, so it was okay, but the room was small and there was no view;;;;; There's nothing I can do, just go away_ I thought ghosts would come out, but they didn't."

"Amazing contemporary and spacious apartment, well located in a residential area but only a short 30 mins walk into Santiago old town. Stylish, clean, comfortable and quiet, it was a true home from home. Really useful to have the underground garage as well. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next visiting the area."
