We stopped here for breakfast one morning. As we are local residents we have tried various restaurants/cafes within the area and none of them compare to The Lord Nelson. We were met by a lovely lady who served us at the bar and we ordered the eggs Benedict, the full Welsh and my daughter had the children’s breakfast. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and we can agree that it is the nicest breakfast that we have had! We will definitely be returning!

We stayed here 25th to 27th June. We booked a King Room but we were assigned a 3/4 double. This is NOT what we booked or paid for. No hairdryer in room. Shower head not working. Asked for a fan, they never bothered to get back to us. They were given a chance to rectify the room at the time but the only response we got was we are fully booked nothing can be done. Clearly, they were in breech of contract. Suitable review posted. When we complained by email, we received a highly abusive and aggressive response. These photographs do not present an accurate representation of this dreadful hotel. This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10ft barge pole. In addition, when challenge they lie.

Great hotel, perfect location. Our room was so big, and it was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had pizza and snack food when we ate, but it was really nice. Looking at the food as it was brought out to other tables it looked really delicious.

We visited the Lord Nelson for a family wedding. The staff were simply outstanding in every way 👏. The meal was fantastic, the service was excellent. The Lord Nelson was immaculately laid out , very friendly atmosphere. Cannot recommend the Lord Nelson highly enough.

My partner and I had a brilliant stay at The Lord Nelson Hotel in Milford Haven. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and had perfect sleep. The food was lovely, with a great variety of options, and the cocktails were even better ! Everything from the atmosphere to the service exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
