Absolutely amazing night for the RNLI Christmas dinner the atmosphere was brilliant, staff where very well trained and polite food was sensational they really pulled it out the bag even going as far as hiring a dwarf elf for entertainment so good

Fantastic hotel / bar restaurant in milford haven. Always receive first class hospitality and feel looked after. Well done all. A credit to Milford haven and its surrounding areas. Pembrokeshire needs more places like this throughout the county.

I went to the Lord Nelson for our works Christmas Dinner. Service was excellent and food was perfect. Happy and friendly staff. We’ve booked to go again next year. The food came out in a timely fashion and portions were good, and GF options were catered for.

Brilliant Christmas party for Angle lifeboat crew and fundraisers ,who shared the function room with other parties for the evening. excellent food, good music ,great atmosphere and a thoroughly enjoyable evening had by all. Highly recommend

From the moment we stepped into Lord Nelson for our Christmas Party we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor that strikes the perfect balance between modern and cozy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like VIPs from start to finish.

We had our special wedding day the the Lord Nelson. It was absolutely perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, Mia was absolutely fantastic her fine eye to detail was outstanding. The kitchen staff are amazing, the food was gorgeous and we have had so many people complimenting it. The bridal suite was beautiful and on arrival to the suite we were surprised with Prosecco and flowers which was a lovely touch. We were looked after the whole day and evening and even had a complementary breakfast the morning after. I could go on and on it was that amazing. Thank you all at the Lord Nelson Hotel for making our day even more special

The manager spoils this lovely looking hotel. Rudest man I’ve ever encountered in a service industry setting. He actually made me cry and on my birthday! Needs get a different job or sort his attitude to customers out. We will not return to this hotel.
