Unfortunately the lights in the room were all broken? Woke up and the lights didn't work. Checked key card but still not working.
Staff friendly, breakfast was ok.
The room was fairly clean but the skirting boards were dirty.
Silicon job around the shower looks like it was applied using a gorillas leg.
They hid the kettle on the cupboard, but what's with the missing Yorkshire tea (everyone knows this is a proper brew)...
The bed was big enough for a fat guy like me... Sorry pressure on the night was nice and strong, but it was midnight when I checked in. The heating didn't reach the target 22 so I woke up cold and had to get under the covers.
Sweet cured bacon was a new experience for me. Not my preferred choice but it was decent slabs.
Coffee was good enough from the machine.
The girl in the restaurant on the morning of 18/04 was friendly and professional.
The breakfast was like a tenner included with room price and definitely worthwhile. Even at 15.95 it's a decent price.
The fact the lights didn't work in the morning was definitely a disappointment.

We stayed for a couple of nights as we had a family event locally. Great hotel, lovely location, clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent, breakfasts and dinners, pleased to see lots of welsh and local food and drinks on the menu. The staff were all very friendly, welcome and helpful. The icing on the cake was “proper” coffee in the room. What a treat

Everything was fine it was just a shame that there was not a variety of restaurants on the marina and most places were closed

Because the place to see the puffins was quite remote, we had to stay near the train station. The hotel helped us call a taxi to the beach to catch the boat. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.
