Absolutely superb accomodation this is our second visit, Elaine is a super host nothing is too much trouble so welcoming it's like visiting a friend. The breakfast is the best we've ever had! So much choice great quality and plenty of it. The annex is absolutely spotless, warm and cozy we will definitely be returning again as there are so many walks on the doorstep.

Wow, wow... Accommodation is wonderful and the best we have stayed in. The bathroom has lots of extras. Breakfast has so much to offer. Definitely a 5 star and we will most certainly be visiting again.

We stayed here after a very wet trip to Alton towers. Elaine got the heating on for us, with a pot of tea and cake. Everything was very clean and cosy. Lovely spread for breakfast and you won’t walk away hungry, she accommodated to any needs. We would highly recommend staying here and we will be sure to visit again.

The best B and B ever... Superb accommodation, Extremely comfortable bed, decent sized bathroom and quality products in all aspects. Superb host = wonderful food and even fresh flowers - simply cannot fault it!
