The room is of a suitable size, the bathroom is also big enough, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the environment is good, and the service is thoughtful. To be honest, I think it is okay to get such a room during the May Day holiday. After all, it is a national chain hotel. What I think is not right is that the hot spring water has a strong disinfectant smell. If the hot spring and swimming pool are open during normal times, it is still worth it.

The hotel is right next to Huquan Ecological Park, very close to Huquan Ecological Park and Honghe Water Town. The location is very good and parking is convenient. The front desk clerk is very considerate. The hotel staff will greet you when they meet, which makes me feel warm. They also gave apples and flower cakes.

The lifeguards would always be by the pool, making people feel very safe. The pool was also very comfortable, and the atmosphere was even better after the lights were turned on at night. After the hot spring, I went back to the room to change clothes. As soon as I opened the door, I saw the sunset, and the scenery against the lake was extremely beautiful! After packing up and going downstairs to eat, the front desk lady recommended a restaurant that made Maitreya specialties. I went to taste it and it was very good! Thanks for the recommendation! Because it is facing the street, I dare not open the window when sleeping at night, but there is a problem, it is hot without air conditioning, and cold with air conditioning... Central air conditioning is known to everyone, and the adjustment is not sensitive... So I turned it on and off several times a night😂😂 Overall, if you come to Mile to play, I still recommend this hotel, and it is very cost-effective.

The hotel's hardware and environment are good. It is a brand hotel I often choose when traveling. The only thing that is offensive is that there is a long list of room supplies compensation on the desk in the room. This is extremely disrespectful to the travelers, and it is a personal insult. How many travelers have damaged the hotel's items in a year? Even if it is accidental damage, it is not too much for the hotel to bear the loss. This is a typical Chinese presumption of guilt, thinking that anyone who comes to the hotel may damage the hotel's items. This kind of management thinking should not be done by a four-star brand hotel. Honest advice is unpleasant to the ear, and I hope it will be improved. It will not affect my continued choice of Vienna Hotel in the future.
