DongFengYun Hotel Mi'Le - MGallery

The hotel is in a good location. The tickets to the Dongfengyun Scenic Area next door are provided for pick-up. Because we had arranged a travel photo shoot, we did not ask for the free travel photo shoot provided by the hotel. The hotel room is large enough and the facilities are very good, but the toilet seat is not heated compared to other star-rated hotels. The check-in reminder is not detailed and considerate enough, and there is no warm reminder for the room pool. Because of the temperature drop, the scenic area is very cold during the day. I wanted to soak in the hot springs at night to relieve fatigue and drive away the cold. As a result, I waited for an hour and a half for the pool to be debugged and repaired. It was very late when I finished soaking and rested. Fortunately, it was a free trip and the itinerary was adjusted the next day. The hotel manager gave breakfast as an apology the next day. The hotel restaurant has a good environment and serves Chinese and Western food, but the price-performance ratio and taste of the food are a bit unsatisfactory.

I have stayed in many hotels in Yunnan, and the hardware and software of MGallery are very online. The designer hotel is very nice, and the hotel public areas and rooms are very good. Before checking in, I will ask about the arrival time, etc. After arriving at the store, the front desk girl Xiaoying, Chen Kaiqi is very gentle and meticulous. The concierge service is in place, and there is also a concierge service when leaving the hotel. Many hotels have almost no service when leaving the store, and the check-in and check-out services of MGallery are equally meticulous. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant Xiaobai is warm and thoughtful. After playing in the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, I bought a ticket at the front desk to go to the next door Muxin Valley to soak in the hot spring ♨️ It was very comfortable, and I went back to the room and slept super comfortably. The hotel's infinity pool is very good, and the kaleidoscope night view is beautiful. MGallery is a very surprising hotel, and I will stay there next time.

The service is superb. I made a mistake in my operation, which resulted in incorrect booking information and no breakfast. Xiao Tao enthusiastically helped me solve the problem and also upgraded all six of my rooms to hot spring suites.
