The staff are friendly and the hotel has a beautiful environment. The room facilities are well-equipped and warm. It is equipped with a parking lot, gym, entertainment room, self-service kitchen, and hot spring. It is a very good inn. It is only a minute's walk from the ecological park and is very convenient. 房間比較大，衞生間分為三個區域，很新穎，比較合理衞生間，淋浴間，洗漱間（洗漱間地面上隔斷能改成鮮艷色彩就更好更安全了）。每天衞生做得很到位，每層樓都提供飲水機，很方便很貼心。整個酒店很安靜，到湖泉生態湖步行不到5分鐘的路程，到公交站、購物超市步行不到10分鐘，離紅河水鄉也很近，服務員態度也很好。酒店到處都有温馨提示。風景附圖為湖泉生態湖景觀。

基本滿意，5樓有提供免費煮飯的廚房，這個非常友好，洗浴衞生間做了乾濕分隔，門朝床開，毛巾架是在衞生間的，洗漱台基本挨着床頭有鏤空架隔開，洗漱台腳下位置砌了防水格，老年人住要格外小心，我們過度時間住的，一切不影響！

酒店位於湖泉生態園旁邊，三四分鐘就能走到。一樓有幾個停車位，停車不多。頂樓有温泉泡池和小童戲水泳池，沒有顧客預訂就不開放。5樓有公共廚房，可做飯。

房間中規中矩，衞生間三格間挺好的。有桌球廳，有洗衣房非常好，最好的是前台服務，那個微胖男經理非常健談告知了附近的美食，農村大集（每天在不同的地方，松子，蘑菇都很好），景觀及特產，大家一定要多問問。感謝感恩。

酒店位置不錯，周邊環境很好，出門幾分鐘就到湖邊，離旁邊的商業街也很近，酒店設施很豐富，樓頂的温泉池晚上泡一下也是很舒服。也是很好，店裡自駕車來的客人很多，樓下車庫停滿了，前台小哥帶到後面一個大的地下車庫去停車，並把停車費轉賬了，也是很方便。

客棧在居民區裏，對面就是公園適合傍晚散步運動，樓下有自己的停車場，樓頂有有個游泳池和三個温泉池，游泳池水比較淺適合孩子玩。房間很乾凈無異味，唯一不好就是開窗緊挨着隔壁樓棟，沒有景色。2樓有小型健身房，每層樓道有飲水機，省去燒水的麻煩，這裏的服務員很有禮貌，服務周到，一樓住户車子比較多，幫忙挪車技術不錯。這裏適合長者家來度假，附近有糖街等不少景點，走路都可以到。
温泉:水質不錯，好像是下午5點-晚上11點開放。

非常好，這次是第二次去了，前年還在疫情期間去了第一次，這次去依然很好。房間中規中矩乾淨整潔，床很軟，枕頭最好，很多酒店枕頭太高了，這家的剛剛好，睡的舒服。酒店温泉泳池真的非常贊，這個價格這個設施太值了，小朋友特別喜歡，還有自助廚房冰箱微波爐，真的方便。前台服務也很好，借了我游泳圈和雨傘，很感謝。
