Ford Land Hotel

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Honghe Water Town. The room we stayed in faced the street, and it was too noisy when large cars passed by at night, so I didn't have a good night's sleep. After checking in in the afternoon, we were resting. The waiter knocked on the door and said that he wanted to repair the ceiling. We did not agree because the elderly family was taking a lunch break. Since we knew that there was a problem with the room hardware, we should not let guests stay. The door couldn't be opened again after breakfast the next day. I went to the front desk to swipe my card again and it still didn't work. The waiter came to open the door and told me that there seemed to be a problem with the door lock. I originally wanted to extend my stay for a few more days, but seeing this situation, I checked out immediately and will never stay again!

Environment: Just across from Hongge Water Town, the transportation is convenient and fast. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby. There is a BBQ restaurant 500 meters away. Facilities: Very good, but the sheets have a hole in them Breakfast: Basic breakfast, the taste is quite good, there is braised chicken in the morning, great! Teahouse: Didn’t experience it, but there is a large tea table.

The breakfast in the hotel was too average. The carpet in the room was not cleaned. The linen in the room needs to be changed. It is too hard. I hope it comes with a bathrobe. The hotel service staff has a very good attitude.

The experience is very poor. 1. We parked our car in the hotel parking lot in Maitreya. There was a lot of garbage on the ground. We stayed there for three days. Until the day we left, the garbage in the parking lot was still there. 2. The hygiene in the elevator is also poor. No one cleans cigarette butts and paper towels. 3. The room facilities are old and the water pressure is very low. Taking a good bath is a luxury. 4. There is no place to put rolling papers and mobile phones next to the toilet in the bathroom. The design is very unreasonable. The rolling papers are just randomly placed on the table behind the toilet. 5. There is no place to hang clothes or handkerchiefs in the entire bathroom and bathroom. Should guests be allowed to leave the room naked after taking a bath? 6. The breakfast is terrible, even the milk is bought and mixed with sweetened milk powder. There is basically no meat filling in the buns, and you can’t taste the meat in two bites. 7. The waiter cleaned the room very roughly and casually. He made the bed, confiscated the things, and even asked the waiter to change the garbage bag in the room. 8. This is the first time I have seen a hotel with such chaotic management. Breakfast is written to start at 7:30. It is almost 8 o'clock in the morning, and the meals are being served one after another. The restaurant is already backlogged with many guests waiting to dine. The waiters and chefs were still working happily inside, and no one came out to maintain order. Guests who were in a hurry to travel were particularly speechless.

I stayed at the hotel on May Day. The hotel's value for money was average, not worth the price. The breakfast was really average, with very few categories, not even toast. I forgot to bring my breakfast coupon when I came to have breakfast. I felt like I wouldn't be allowed to eat if I didn't give a breakfast coupon. It’s too rigid to take the fruit out later.

The service attitude of the hotel front desk staff is good. The hotel is old and the facilities are aging (does the carpet feel bad due to old carpets)? The environment is grand (the entrance hall, corridors and elevators are spacious). Bathing with large water is a favorite among travelers. Breakfast is average.
