房間衞生情況挺好，洗漱用品都用的品質挺好，退房的時候都帶走了，除了地毯有點臟其他都挺乾淨。早餐不錯，很豐盛，種類俱全，味道也可以。服務也不錯，忘了東西不斷打電話提醒。
去的時候遇到暴雨温泉很早關了沒體驗到，這沒什麼，但是後面村裡的雞真是讓人頭大，早上六點整個村兒的雞叫我起床，一直到九十點，下次來得提前説一下不要對着那邊的房間。

這次房間非常滿意，首先地理位置好，方便，周邊吃食用品都很多選擇；走路5分鐘右邊可達湖泉生態園，左邊是紅河水鄉濕地公園。酒店很新，房間也很寬敞，舒適，洗手間也挺大，意外的是還配備了一次性馬桶墊，他們有自己四個温泉池可免費泡温泉，同時早餐也豐富。好評，當然也有可提高的地方，比如房間的床底架角不要太鋒利，前台小姐姐的服務可以更熱情一些。

入住酒店感受是前台接待倆女的一副愛搭不理的表情，問多了眉頭還皺起來了。作為一個旅遊城市前台的待人接物是一個最基本的禮貌，在該酒店住了兩天，衹有最後一天吃早餐時收早餐券的服務人員跟我説了一聲早上好。其餘見過麪的工作人員全都沒有這種態度和意識。希望酒店管理員要對員工進行培訓了

酒店位置不錯，在紅河水鄉和湖泉生態園之間，距離兩邊都走路十分鐘可到，對面有家馬氏鹵雞不錯，房間設施比較全，早餐還算品種多，一樓院子裏温泉有四個比較大的池子，徬晚去可以包場，天黑後人多一點，每天下午都重新放水
