The location of the hotel is great, but spring facilities were not working 100% only 1 out 3 was used. The front of house service really needs improvement, unfriendly and was not helpful. Room pretty standard hotel style

Booked for my family, the price/performance ratio is OK, but the customer service attitude is average, it should be improved. The hot spring is inside the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast should be improved, with more western food.
