Jingxin Yashe Hotel

The location is halfway up the mountain, very quiet. Staying for one night, it is very convenient to go to Maitreya Temple the next day. This is my first time staying near a temple. I like the view of the temple from the room. It has a very reassuring power. There is a large lotus pond next to it, and the children enjoyed feeding the koi there. You must try the somen noodles for 10 yuan a bowl. It is really delicious. Although the breakfast is simple, it is satisfying enough. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located at the gate of Jinping Mountain. It was my first time there and I was not sure about the way so I called the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very patient. The scenery was great. There are many food stalls at the foot of the mountain. The hotel seems to only have vegetarian noodles, but the taste is very good and very special. Recommended.

On Jinping Mountain, next to the Dazhi Hall, it is surrounded by lush greenery and has a long-lasting Zen atmosphere.

Jingxin Yashe, hidden in the Maitreya Temple on Jinping Mountain, has an elegant and quiet environment just like its famous name. There is a tower outside the window and a temple next to it. It is very suitable for guests who like tranquility. The internal sanitation environment is good, breakfast is provided, and the somen noodles ordered in the evening are very delicious. I just hope that the facilities will be more advanced, more user-friendly and keep pace with the times. The service girl was very enthusiastic and helped carry luggage up and downstairs.

The B&B is located in Jinping Scenic Area, halfway up the mountain, but you still have to get to the mountain gate to take the sightseeing bus. There is no entrance fee for staying at the hotel, but the sightseeing bus is at your own expense. The B&B is managed in a standardized manner, with bright windows and clean tables, very clean, and includes a vegetarian breakfast. The room is small, the single bed is 1 meter long, and can be joined together, and the service is very good. You can enjoy the high tower of the temple nearby, and you can overlook the city of Mile and the distant mountains. The sunset is quiet and beautiful.

It was a very good experience. I went there to worship Buddha on the first day of the Chinese New Year. It was right next to the Dazhi Hall. The location and environment were unbeatable. The room was clean and tidy. The room rate was over 300 yuan during the Chinese New Year and the entrance fee was free. I stood in the room and looked at the crowds of tourists who came to burn incense. I was secretly glad in my heart that I would definitely come again if I had the chance.

The standard room I booked has a 1-meter bed, but it was very comfortable to sleep on. There is also a futon, and the layout is very Zen. It is really quiet to live in the mountains, and the curtains are very light-blocking. I didn't know I slept until 9 o'clock. The duvet is very good to cover, but it is thin. The air conditioner was turned on to 30 degrees until midnight when I didn't feel cold and turned off the air conditioner. Mineral water is provided free of charge, and I asked the front desk lady for two bottles to make tea and instant noodles. The free vegetarian rice noodles for breakfast tasted good, and there was also a small steamed bun, an egg, and an orange. After eating, I continued to climb the mountain to see the Buddha. Free tickets with room cards, I went there twice yesterday and today. It is ten kilometers away from the city, and it is not cost-effective to take a taxi if you don't drive in and out of the city. It is not cost-effective to take a taxi to the city for dinner, which is both time-consuming and troublesome. Therefore, the vegetarian noodles for 10 yuan a bowl at night, a large bowl, are enough for me and my children. It takes about 50 yuan to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station to here for half an hour (as expensive as the high-speed rail ticket I came here 🤭), which is generally very good.
