環境優美，空氣清新，服務態度很好，酒店的飯菜好吃，我們兩家人住的一個小院，住了兩晚，離湖景餐廳很近，吃了飯就可以繞着湖邊散步，酒店有電瓶車送到公園，公園裡買張小火車票，隨時可以上下車，喜歡走路的也可以走路去公園，餐廳裏的魚，肉質鮮美，沒有腥味。

木屋空間佈局很好，一間卧室帶衞浴，另外一間客廳帶衞生間，空間大小不侷促，木屋住的很舒服。這次住的木屋在環湖第一圈，自帶景觀，且院子獨立，户外有小亭子帶座椅，在户外坐着也很愜意。整體服務很順暢，不管是管家服務，前台接待，車輛接送去景區，都很順利。在景區走累了能隨時叫酒店車輛來接，這項服務真的很贊。沒有蚊蟲困擾。不過很意外的是，退房後酒店打電話過來説打掃衞生的同事找不到兩個枕頭和浴巾，接到這個電話非常意外，覺得酒店整體服務水準不應該發生這樣的事，還好我習慣離開時會稍微收拾一下房間，所以很準確地説了位置。整體很滿意的住宿體驗。
