I happened upon the opening ceremony of the hotel and experienced the local Huishui wine and the Yi torch party. I was very lucky! The service and architectural style of the hotel are impeccable👍. It would be better if the indoor supplies (such as toothbrushes, etc.) could be improved. The firmness of the hotel mattress and the comfort of the pillows were perfect for us.
Overall, a hotel well worth a try.

首先説早餐，第一次碰到九點就結束的酒店早餐，我也尊重酒店的規則，趕在九點前下去，結果連最 簡單的麪條和粉絲都沒了！
去找前台反饋，那態度簡直絕了，全程坐在凳子上抖着腿，眼皮都懶得抬一下，心不在焉的聽我説話，臉上明晃晃的嘲諷，嘴角不屑，再加上那眼神就跟看個**似的，一副“關我屁事”的樣
就這服務，這輩子不會再來第二次，也奉勸大家避雷，別花錢找氣受！
前台應該是關係户，要不然一般做服務業的哪裡會這麼囂張嘞？服務業之恥！
店長來了態度馬上就不一樣了，店長服務態度還是很不錯的，馬上也想了解決方案，煮了粉絲那些，給店長點個贊，難怪人家能當店長，比某些人強一百倍！
送給前台一句話：別總仗着背後那點關係就橫着走，靠關係撐起來的架子，遲早會塌；自己手裡有真功夫，路才能走得穩、走得遠！
房間設備：還可以，阿姨打掃衞生好快啊，這點也點贊！

個人感覺在彌勒東風農場附近，算不錯了！酒店外觀很特別，有游泳池，可泡温泉，都很好！但是酒店的房間細節太需要改進了！浴室門口應該給個擺櫃或擺架，給個衣帽筐也好，不然洗澡的時候衣服都不知道脱了往哪兒放？作為一個配了泳池的酒店，應該考慮客人游泳回去以後需要晾衣服的地方，但是房間裏沒有晾衣繩，也沒有個小型晾衣架，濕的衣服非常難晾！感覺房間裏那個泡池也有點雞肋！泡池那個位置不如做成一個吧枱！

入住新開幕的玫瑰碗酒店！整體設計仿若福建土樓大魚海棠般！中間是漂亮的游泳池，泳池的外圈是泡湯屋，最外一層是房間!
酒店的服務超級熱情周到，前台熱情細心，房間空氣清爽，床品乾淨衛生，智能馬桶，設施先進！除了個人湯屋還附了早餐！溫泉超舒服！
房間裡的智能服務「小度」實在太強了，舉凡燈光、冷氣、電視均能誩音控制，還可以點歌！

原本以為環境各方面會很好，看了很多的宣傳，到最後發現差的不是一點半點。首先是服務，原本説好的升級房型等到了以後因為人多就説客滿了升級不了，前台告知升級不了後又有人打電話來解釋説已經升級過了，明顯的欺騙，不能容忍！其次是配套服務，泡池的水可能衹有三十幾度，在下雨的夏天甚至覺得冷！問了服務員是否可以加温，服務員説人太多了加不了。於是泡温泉就等於白費，一個泡温泉的週末就這樣耽誤了。再説説服務，前台安排了麻將房，我們説因為帶了孩子所以麻將房始終會有煙味，因為考慮到打麻將的人羣都是可能抽煙的，所以要住沒有麻將桌的，前台因為沒有按照她的安排就左一個白眼又一個不耐煩的，好吧出門在外這個就忍了，但是到了房間後才發現，全都是表皮工程，看似配套齊全的，但是實際啥都是劣質的，浴室的花灑都是有殘缺的，在這就不細説了，反正是最糟糕的一次出行體驗了

玫瑰碗酒店造型很別緻，圓形的建築，中間是泳池和泡池，旁邊一圈就是房間和餐廳，方便舒適，下了高鐵，酒店還提供接站服務，非常適合我們這樣帶着行李從外地來的遊客，下次如果再來彌勒，還會首選玫瑰碗酒店的。
