I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the car pick-up service provided during my recent stay at SIX SENSE KAPLANKAYA. I had booked and paid for the car pick-up service as an added convenience during my visit. However, when I depart from the hotel, the staff informed me that someone had taken my car, leaving me without transportation. This resulted in me having to pay extra for a taxi to reach my destination, which was an unexpected and unnecessary expense. As a valued guest of your hotel, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. The failure to ensure the availability of my reserved car pick-up service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star establishment. I have requested that a full refund with receipt for the car pick-up service. I wrote many email to your guest relationship for the refund confirmation and receipt, however NO ONE care for our request.
