La Blanche Island Bodrum

A week before going I checked the reviews again and they weren’t great. Didn’t have to worry at all, it didn’t live up to those. It was clean and whilst at the end of the season probably needed a few refreshing touches around due to normal wear and tear it was still a beautiful setting. Lovely place and the best first impression of Turkey. Loads of food choices in the main restaurant there were a number of restaurants which had a cost linked to them, we tried Vira - the fish restaurant was a great menu (cold baklava is very much worth it) and beautiful setting. I didn’t get his name but my thanks (if they could be passed on please) to the barman in the sunset lounge who went a little further to make really good gin and tonics for me when I asked for them done slightly differently. He’s got a tattoo on his neck and can make a mean cocktail too apparently if anyone’s still there/going for the end of this season. They were all good though and I didn’t have any problems with staff who weren’t fluent in English-they got someone who was if they didn’t understand. The massages in the spa are worth doing really set off the relaxing week to unwind I was there for, (Andy will do a good price) along with a trip to Kos and it seemed like we were there for 2 minutes not a week. Families around us seemed to love doing the watersports on offer with Jimmy keeping them all entertained, the beaches linked to the hotel were safe, plenty of loungers and space in little snippets so it didn’t seem too overcrowded. There are some steep walkways around the grounds but there are golf carts available for anyone who struggles with mobility (or even if you don’t). Whilst we didn’t really see much of the entertainment, what we did see was very good, Ethiopian acrobats were quite something. On the whole the Animation team were vibrant and engaging and heard quite a few younger people talking about following them on social media to engage more with them when home. I don’t often like going back to places I’ve already tried, just so I can try something new but I would definitely consider going back here even just to go try Toms restaurant trip in Bodrum and a few more of the trips nearby to explore the area.

This is our second time coming to la blanche island, and must say was fantastic first time round, and yet again not disappointed, pool, beach stunning plenty of loungers spread about island so never stuck for a bed, food and drink are plentiful with various bars and snack bars spread about the island, food choice is amazing there is something for everyone. Took my family of 17 over this year and they all are loving it to. Be returning again next year for sure.

Entertainment absolute sh*t Service terrible When there is a conference hotel becomes all about them Drinks terrible asked for a mai tai got 10 different colours Have entertainment near the beach and when the conference was here we got sent away or was told we had to pay even when we managed to get in we got sat far in the back and couldn’t see

The pillows are not goose down but fiber, and you wake up sweating. The food is bad. The lobby terrace café is a disaster — you order a coffee, wait 25 minutes, and leave without getting it. In short, it’s an inadequate hotel. We regret not going to the Titanic Hotel.

Great hotel – clean room and a warm atmosphere.Pinar from the staff was very friendly and helpful,really made me feel welcome.Tasty food and excellent service overall.Highly recommended!The area around the hotel is stunning.........

WOW what a holiday absolutely blown away we stayed for 1 week in a exclusive 2 bed villa with private pool butler service fully all-inclusive and had the best time we tried a few of the al a carts and they were amazing if your in a villa or swim up you get a vip restaurant and beach that serve incredible food Inc t-bone steaks rack of lamb jumbo King prawns and premium drinks if your in a villa you get 24 hour room service which is amazing food too! butler who sorts everything for you from booking reservations to actually driving you to and form the restaurants entertainment or wherever you want to go we didn't spend much time in the main hotel or general areas but we did a couple of years ago and that's what made us go back ! The views from the hotel and villas and stunning 😍 I think this is one of the best all-inclusive resorts by far with private beach that stretchs nearly all around the island. ice-cream and waffles. Starbucks loads of different dining options big pools snacks cakes and 24 hour drinks I would like to mention Sude and Elif our butler's and made our stay extra special we will definitely be returning 😊 we stayed in villa 7204 and was amazing on arrival I received I massive bunch of flowers and Proseco a table full of fruit and treats mini bar restocked everyday and sweet draw with gummies chocolate etc
