The hotel is cool, it’s beautiful, tasty, stylish. There is something to strive for in terms of improving the quality of service so that escalators break down less often, but in general everyone is trying, we like everything.

What a hotel!!! The best in Turkey and Europe very clean and professional staff with excellent customer service. The food and beverages was amazing and loved the resort. Highly recommended it to anyone wanting a relaxing and romantic atmosphere.

Firstly my biggest thank you JA Alina&JA Marina. They was such a help on this trip. And the girls made our stay on LuJo exeptional. We was so lucky. Secondly food was perfect. Especially in Gaia. Service in Gaia also was so good. Breakfast….most delicious egg benedicts The nature, I have no words how it is beautiful everywear. Every body was very nice and helpful. Service was very good. And it is not my first stay in Turkey , it was 12. So I can compare with maxx royals, Regnum Carya, Cullinan and others. And I can say it is very very good hotel overall. I totally would come back again.

Best experience. First time in Bodrum and I had a blast during the stay. Hotel has really nice location, nice beaches and very clean sea. Food was excellent and at top level. All restaurants. Huge variety and high quality drinks. Rooms are clean and being taken care of many times a day. Also night life was very nice with shows and DJs. DJs played also great stuff at the 16+ beach. To highlight also the support from the hosts Ekaterina and Mikhail who made sure nothing was left and forgotten. Definitely will come again.

I thank the Lujo Hotel for the best place I have ever been to. Every part of the hotel is an aesthetic pleasure. Every employee I interacted with was polite, beautiful and professional. I express my deep gratitude to the Zen trainers Margarita, Valentina and Sarhat, I enjoyed training with them. I would also like to thank the manager of the Lujo Hotel Erhan for his kind heart and the request he fulfilled and the gift he made for me. Thank you to every Belboy who responded to help me, they are like from the cover of a magazine, incredibly kind and beautiful. I would like to note the service of the entire hotel, which reflects the love for each vacationer. I would like to thank the chefs who prepared dishes that expressed aesthetics and beauty, the taste of each piece eaten brightened up my vacation and left unforgettable impressions of a gastronomic journey in each of your restaurants. Each restaurant is like a work of aesthetic art. Thanks to manager Djunit from Koza restaurant, he was polite and came to my aid when I needed it. Thanks to our guides and assistants Bahar and Hanna. Amazing hotel food was honestly the best thing, so many options drinks were all top shelf drinks cocktails were amazing and made just how you like. Steaks were omg so good! Couldn’t fault the drinks or food at all. There was a few extra charges that was a shame as you don’t get to go to all the restaurants for free but it’s all so amazing we overlooked this. The joy advisors are amazing, we had tatiana and olga and they couldn’t do enough for us, we were so happy to have them, always checking in and making sure our time was amazing even upgraded our room as it was our anniversary and sent us champagne. There’s a girl in the pablo Escobar (Forgot her name) small petite with curly hair. She is so lovely and such a good service we had to mention her we looked forward to seeing her as she really was so sweet. The service was a little slow in the restaurants and bars at times but again the level of everything was worth the wait. Defo a luxury holiday and worth the spend for a special occasion

wonderful hotel. We are very impressed with the service and all the staff at the hotel. the cuisine in each restaurant is superb. There is also a great beach with an area for adults. great show every night. It is also a great place for children, there are children's pools, all the restaurants have a children's menu, the children's center is excellent and there are very nice babysitters for the children. The rooms are cleaned, tidied and the maids change the towels three times a day. Our assistants were Ja Dilan & Ja Seren who were extremely kind and responsive. Superb hotel, we will be back again
