Friendly relaxed atmosphere, staff always willing to help, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Close to main restaurant and bar area. We were competing at the Ironman event in Cervia and it was okay to leave bike in room which helped a lot.

Spent 4 nights in september 2023 during the Ironman in Cervia. We had an amazing stay and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will fur sure come back to this Lovely place together with family in the future. Nice breakfast and a beutiful view

Vi faccio un racconto brevissimo sulla nostra esperienza preso la gestione di questo albergo , La cosa che non ci ha soddisfatto è stato il fatto che per avere il rimborso del acconto di 150€ difronte ad una situazione di emergenza dove da incinta con gravidanza a rischio finisco in pronto soccorso e di conseguenza affronto il ricovero, la struttura per rimborsare l’acconto ha chiesto i documenti e la lettera di dimissione dal ospedale. Ragazzi una struttura che ti chiede questi dati sensibili!? Roba da denuncia, mai sentito e mai visto una cosa del genere. Premetto che ho chiesto la disdetta 3 settimane prima della data del nostro soggiorno. Morale della favola , invio alla struttura tutta la documentazione e la struttura stessa non emette il rimborso nemmeno dopo aver fatto passare 3 settimane di attesa. Non prenderei mai più accordi con loro e mai più prenoterò dato la loro disumanità. Ps: Ho anche io due strutture ricettive e mai mi sono permessa a chiedere questi dati sensibili ai miei ospiti , ho sempre rimborsato loro anche se solo con 2 giorni di preavviso alla loro eventuale disdetta senza nemmeno chiedere a loro la motivazione.

Accueil familial très chaleureux, avec toute l’équipe attentive, serviable et souriante.C’était notre deuxième sejour dans cet hôtel et nous avons toujours autant apprécié ! Même si l’hôtel était quasiment complet pour ce long we d’Ironman, l’ambiance restait calme, décontractée mais attentionnée. Sa localisation est très agréable aussi.

Sono tornata dopo alcuni anni con il mio compagno e il nostro cane e devo dire che era tutto perfetto, il personale sempre gentile e col sorriso. I piatti squisiti ,le camere pulite, la visuale sul porto era splendida. Consigliatissimo. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

Sempre una garanzia, pulito, ordinato , personale sempre gentile . Alessandra, la proprietaria , ti attende in prima persona e ti offre un aperitivo, carina. Si pranza e cena benissimo, con buona scelta e piatti curati. Posizione ottima, sul canale che ti permette di raggiungere anche Cervia comodamente. Piscina e tennis a disposizione, oltre le bici. Ambiente familiare . Ottimo.

Hotel che meriterebbe molto più di 3 stelle, servizio attento, cordiale e sempre disponibile, posizione ottima vicinissima al lungomare e dotato di piscina, pranzi e cene veramente degni di nota con piatti buoni, ricercati e mai banali, ingredienti di prima scelta sempre, colazione artigianale con dolci buonissimi e scelta di salato, volendo si può avere il pacchetto spiaggia di cui non abbiamo usufruito avendo un bambino di due mesi ma il soggiorno è stato perfetto anche per lui! Consigliato veramente

Imperdonabile far pagare il parcheggio ai propri clienti in una struttura a tre stelle. Prezzi in costante aumento negli ultimi anni e la cucina offre pietanze a volte, un po’ troppo pretenziose e con poca sostanza, soprattutto alcuni abbinamenti con pesce o primi insieme a dei frutti di bosco senza senso, sapori che non hanno niente da condividere. Rispetto a qualche anno fa cucina decisamente peggiorata, il giudizio non è totalmente negativo per la storia che ha, ma servirebbe una vera attenzione al cliente che oramai manca completamente.
