Lack of crockery, we had to ask for cups, but then we didn't have a mokka or tea pot and so we had to have breakfast outside... centralized air conditioning which worked on the 2nd day but at a certain time of night it was turned off and the children had become nervous because there was no air so we opened the windows... the booking was for one night, 2 apartments and 8 adults and in the end due to covid we went with 2 adults and 2 small children aged 4 and 1 for 2 nights.. those who had booked had paid 950 euros and by trying to make a reservation for the same nights the price was lower and they didn't even give us 1 euro back.. at least the 400 euro difference could have been a voucher... when we said that the air wasn't working, the girl who ran it had told us I'm waiting for us to go and see together but instead after 5 minutes of returning she had already gone to see, here's what I didn't like at all because I had my wallet etc.. a broken clothesline that wasn't even open.. a shower without the extension cord with the microphone and I had a hell of a lot of effort to wash the little one.. I definitely won't go back, especially for a family that maybe wants to spend even more days.. I was good just because we did 2 nights

Indubbiamente un bell'appartamento nel quale abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana, vicino alle due spiagge libere (circa 10 minuti a piedi in entrambe le direzioni), sufficientemente ampio e con un bel tavolo spazioso che ci è servito per il pranzo e la cena qualche volta, ma anche a me per lavorare al pc. Il wifi è però piuttosto ballerino, ovvero il segnale va e viene molto spesso e la velocità è piuttosto bassa; segnalo che la tv in camera prendeva pochissimi canali, ma ho trovato la cosa poco importante, visto che non siamo andati in ferie per guardare la tv. Materasso migliorabile, così come i cuscini un pò troppo morbidi, ma nel complesso abbiamo sempre dormito piacevolmente. Complimenti alla Responsabile Ioana per la gestione delle piccole problematiche (ovvero ci ha dato accesso alla stanza con un'ora di anticipo, probabilmente ha visto le nostre facce lessate dal sole e ha avuto pietà; inoltre ci ha aiutato con l'assegnazione del posto auto interno inizialmente non disponibile). Il problema dei luoghi di mare è sempre il parcheggio, nel senso che ce ne sono pochi e alcune posizioni risultano strette e scomodissime. Parcheggiare per la strada per una strada avrebbe significato diventare poveri, visti i prezzi. Gentilissimo anche il collega che lavorava di notte, il quale ci ha aiutato in un paio di occasioni sempre con il parcheggio. Perfetto il funzionamento dell'aria condizionata, grazie alla quale abbiamo sempre dormito benissimo, considerando che in assenza sarebbe stato impossibile (c'erano 37/38 gradi di giorno e grande umidità alla sera). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, cortesia e posizione ottimale rispetto al centro di Milano Marittima; ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci torneremmo. Lo consiglio!
