Unfortunately we will never return to this hotel! It’s hot, it’s beach weather and the air conditioner was not working for the total duration of our stay. Can you imagine what it feels like suffocating in a room? If you open a window be prepared to be eaten by mosquitoes. The real disappointed was the behaviour of the owner and the staff - trying to minimise the problem like it’s perfectly normal you stay in a hot room like this. In addition, they tried to blame this as some type of town council issue (obviously this is was just an excuse and not the real reason). And of course with the ‘promise’ that the air conditioner would work in a couple if hours. The hotel has no problem with asking for full price and not giving you what you paid for. I find this to be quite dishonest and I can only hope other guests never have any problems here because they hotel will not resolve problems. Some good things- comfortable bed and very friendly cleaning room staff.

Very nice, modern and above all very clean hotel. The breakfast is very well prepared and the choice is wide for all tastes. The restaurant is of the highest level with decidedly generous courses; the choice on the card includes several opportunities that vary every day. V.P. and A.P.

Beautiful, very organized and I ate really well. The impeccable service!!! The swimming pool and playroom for children are wonderful. I also make a small mention of the bathing establishment which, despite the rain, was able to provide a welcome and a guarantee of order and cleanliness that are difficult to find in other establishments. I believe the strong point of this hotel is, more than anything, the hospitality that shines through in every attention paid to the customer. You can feel the presence of the owners whose gestures recall, albeit with the class of a high-level hotel, the "once upon a time" exquisitely Romagna management. The general aesthetic is another reference to the past, from the classic furnishings to the uniforms of the dining room staff. Excellent cuisine, cleanliness of the rooms and common areas as well. Perfect for families with children, even very small ones; the rooms are quiet, the kitchen offers any solution for their meals and there is a spacious and colorful games room. Regarding the latter, I would like to underline a small flaw, which however, I believe, depends on the entertainment company to which the hotel is affiliated. Unfortunately, the two young girls present in the games room with the task of supervising and entertaining the children did not make a very good impression on me, a little listless, often on their cell phones or busy talking to each other. Apart from this I would really recommend this hotel, you can only be satisfied with it.

Beautiful and renovated hotel, kind, friendly and helpful staff. Livable rooms, good cleanliness, good food. Both outdoor and indoor swimming pool, the latter heated. The only advice I can give is to replace the cushions, because they were really uncomfortable and, I think due to use, practically flat. For the rest, very recommended hotel

Impressive well-maintained hotel in the center a few steps from the beach. Room n°310 third floor spacious, clean and fully equipped, small balcony equipped with table, chair and drying rack. Bathroom with spacious shower compartment. Possibility of underground parking upon reservation. Indoor swimming pool with heated water and various types of hydromassages.
