Hotels near Via Savona in Milan

Everything and everyone amazing. They catered to our every need. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a huge variety including eggs toast and bacon or pancakes and the pastries were the best I have had at any hotels. Great location too. Thank you.

When I first arrived, I saw a little alley in my alley. After entering, I found that it was a very good hotel. The rooms are modern in design, spacious, and the service is very good. The price is reasonable and I will stay again next time.

Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. It is good to find such a hotel in Milan at this price. Although it is a little expensive, it is worth it. The rooms have been upgraded and the view is particularly good. I also helped park the car in the garage 100 years ago.

Small old hotel with quite a good location, just outside the busy city centre but quite accessible with a nearby metro station (San Agostino) and several bus and tramway stops nearby, and it's at a 20-minute walking distance to Castelo Sforzesco and 30-minute walking distance to Duomo. The hotel in itself has a 24/7 reception service, it's quite old and would benefit from a refurbishment. I stayed for 4 nights at a single room, which was as expected from a 3-star hotel, with a comfortable bed, and although the room size was adequate for 1 person, the bathroom was offered very little space with a tiny shower. Although it was during the busy season, I found that the hotel was quite overpriced (180 euros/night when I booked it) for the services they afford.

Ostello Bello is a place of hospitality, color, music and total cleanliness of every room within the structure. Between the Dome of Milan and modern City Line. A little dream where I'll come back for sure.

It was really surprising me how great this hostel it is. The receptions are welcoming, super helpful, all of them can speak in English. They always ensure you know that they are their if you need anything, yes 24hours 7 days. Building is modern build, great design and very artistic. I love some of their chairs. Room is good, clean everyday, making bed every day. Toilet is clean. Breakfast are good , many choices for both food and drink. Superb location. Absolutely love it and if I ever am going to Milan again, I will absolutely book this again. Thank you guys.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, in una struttura ben attrezzata, oltre che iconica per la presenza di arredi e richiami all'arte moderna. Ambiente suggestivo, camere razionali e molto spaziose. Il bagno, come la camera, pulitissimi. Caro il parcheggio interno. Veramente un esperienza positiva che ha coniugato la sensazione di eleganza, con il piacere del design coinvolgente. Consigliato

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was nice a clean, had a nice garden, the restaurant was nice and the bar was open until late. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

We were in Milan for a couple of days in August 22. This hotel is only one kilometre from the centre in Milan but it’s not in a great area. Positives. - The hotel in lovely inside and is built to a high specification. - The staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. - the WiFi is absolutely brilliant. - You’re a 12 minute walk from Milan Cathedral Less positive - this doesn’t appear to be in a great area. It’s hard to find a bar or restaurant close by - There’s a lot of work being carried out in the roadway almost right outside so it appears to be like a building site. - It’s a busy hotel, so at checkout / checkin time it’s carnage. The foyer is pandemonium and littered with lots of cases and lots of Taxis etc piled up outside. Not a massive problem, but just one to be aware of. - Our room had a terrible view into a dirty apartment block
