San Siro Milan|1.16km from Mandala - Centro studi tibetani
This had been booed as it advertised being close to milan centre and near the football stadium with great local shops and bars.. It was definitely not this we arrived and checked ourselves in as no one was there we got to the room and were very disappointed the decor is very old bed is almost low enough to be on the floor, bathroom was modern but absolutely stunk of urine!! We tried to put our Europe adaptor in the wall to be great Ed with plaster filling out the sockets and everytime we tried to use it a electrical buzzing from the socket!! We also had a kettle provided that wouldn't fit in any off the sockets on the wall there was no tea or coffee facilities just a kettle on its own?! As they had said there was local bars and restaurants we thought we would leave and get some food after a long day of travel nope there was one bar that we found after walking around the local area for a hour didn't serve food and all the other restaurants seem to have closed down or were not open. Couldn't even get a local supermarket. Had no access to WiFi so when we tryed to order uber eats or just eats it wouldn't work.. Eventually we caved and decide to see if there was anything else available in milan that night we jumped a uber and ended up in the four star hotel da Vinci which might I add only charger 30 euros more a night than hear and was incredible.. This place is more a hostel than a B&B I stay in the Highlands of Scotland in a community of B&B owners and they would be horrified someone could call this a B&B I'm sure the owner is nice but this almost ruined our trip and almost jump on a flight back to Scotland thank god for hotel da Vinci saving the day.

I am Mr. Mario, I stayed in this beautiful hotel with my wife we found ourselves very well. Personal especially the receptionist Emanule was super nice, he immediately made available to accept all our requests. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning was working, the bathrooms were very clean. In general, a great hotel and a beautiful weekend. We will surely come back !

The hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Red Line subway and a 10-minute walk from two larger supermarkets. Visiting the main attractions, shopping in the city center is very convenient. It is also very convenient for normal cooking. All facilities in the house are complete and the sanitary environment is excellent. Quiet neighborhood is good for sleep. Tourist accommodation is a good choice. It is worth mentioning that during the stay in the store, my wife accidentally dropped an earring into the sink drain pipe, and the staff in the store helped to take it out. I am very grateful for that.

Very good Budget Hotel. All the staff are lovely. The rooms are dated but solid with loads of extras like a hair dryier, kettle etc, The Breakfast options and room are good. The area is not central to Milan but your not paying Milan central prices. so bare this in mind when reading negative reviews. Also 10 min walk away is a lovely shopping centre, that has food hall that has options to suit all tastes and much cheaper then Milan central prices. Ideal for a few days exploring the area.
