It's a 5-6 minute walk from Milan Central Station, and it's also very convenient as it's close to the subway station. The room was clean and I liked that you could drink water and juice for free. Due to the weak yen, I felt that the prices were higher than I expected, but this hotel was conveniently located, and considering it was a new hotel, it was cheaper than other 4-star or higher hotels.

Service of the receptionist is great! She is so friendly and checked us in and out very smoothly. Air control panel is very hard to understand and it is not functioning very well. Mildred found on the grouting in the shower cubicle and the ceiling light above it was not working. Would like to have tooth brush included as it is a four star hotel and also to add one more panel for chargers next to the bed. Location is good a few minutes walk to the central central where you can eat a lot of kinds of food and also to access other places.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the overall quality is good. It is very close to the cathedral, and it takes only five minutes to walk to the cathedral. The commercial street is next to the cathedral, which is very convenient, and the breakfast environment is also good.

Loved that this Hotel is close to Duomo Cathedral. Underground and above the ground train stations are just a few meters away from the hotel entrance. So many restaurants near the vicinity. Their buffet breakfast has lots of choices and they make your coffee as per request cappuccino, americano, espresso… request away! Spumante available for breakfast too! Want to check bars in the area? They have one at the rooftop! The Roof has an amazing view, sounds, and choices of drinks! Will definitely visit this hotel again on my next visit to Milan!

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet. It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

We travelled in Milan for 3 days and we stayed at this hotel. The amenities were good, and the room would be cleaned every day. The only shortage was that the wifi in the room was very slow. I recommend to reach the hotel by regional train rather than metro, since the metro station is far from the hotel.

The location is a walk away from shops and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Duomo. Very friendly staff and so helpful. The place is kinda old, but convenient since everything is close by. check-in very late, the staff was kind to assist me.

The room is spacious for a single. I loved that the minibar was free. The staff downstairs (front desk & door men) so friendly and helpful. Great location. The hair dryer is bad. The cleaning lady did a great job but was too much up in my business. I stay in big hotels to be anonymous.
