The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to have a room with a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a flat, a Experience at the Rex Hotel is extremely negative especially for poor humanity treatment received booking at 11 a.m. to stay in their requested hotel for another 2 days more due to various personal needs. Let us pay in advance, and without agreement (as you say otherwise by phone). We asked the afternoon at 17:00 that we should have taken the aircraft urgently tonight, and therefore if they could make us at least a partial refund, since our names had not yet been registered and denunciated. The excuse from the Director was to say that in the two days required and paid in advance they were scheduled for Medical Congresses on the same days, and there was an increase of and that the price for each room would therefore be We have paid for 2 days more the modest amount of about 300 (some euros removed) even in the most famous villages. I believe that it is unjustifiable, without any convection with the IEO. We stayed in that hotel for 1 night and we spent enough in relation to the type of hotel and what was offered...(I would say half star, to be overdrived)and we also did not “ enjoy” the convention with the IEO advertises I don't understand why, if the IEO does not see who makes the conventions.... absolutely lack of respect to all those people who have to go to the IEO. I have no words to describe else, but above all I have not had any refunds, nor any excuse.

The bed is very comfortable, neither soft nor hard. I slept very well. A dream bed for Chinese babies. Extra large bathroom.

Front desk disorganised - no information given about breakfast, check out time, bar area etc. Shocked as this is a business hotel. Staff need training on customer service! Check in was a disaster. Our Rooms were booked as a group and we were told they would be ready for 2pm. After waiting for 2 hours in the reception area at 4pm we decided not to waste anymore time and went out. We were promised the luggage would be taken to the room once allocated. When we returned we had to queue again and explained to the unhelpful receptionist that we had checked in earlier but the rooms were not allocated. When I went to my room the Luggage was not there so back down to reception. Unfortunately they didn’t know where it was so had to look for it and told me they would bring it up. I refused this offer. A few minutes later my colleagues appeared with the same problem. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and this was the most disorganised reception area I have ever encountered. A member of the party was given a key to another guests room not in our group. Therefore I didnt trust leaving my key at reception because of this. Restaurant: We booked a table for 7pm at the restaurant. When we arrived we were told it didn’t open until 7.30pm so another 30 minute wait. Terrible food and definitely not fine dining. Poor quality and most of the party left their food as it was inedible. 2 didn’t receive their order and 1 person received their order twice. Kitchen completely Disorganised. I’m think it’s run by the reception staff so I would avoid at all costs. Definitely the worse meal in Milan. Room: My Room was big and clean but extremely dated. Very hard bed. Poor Lighting. No soundproofing so I could hear word for my word my neighbours phone calls (at 5am). Location: The Train station was very near which is the only good thing about this hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. At best a 3 star but at a push. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning.

We stay here for 3 nights on our trip to Milan. We arrived late after a delayed flight and they had a very easy self checkin service available. The apartment is clean, well located and comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here. The metro station is about a 7 min walk away from the apartment - which is so handy for getting around Milan. The Prada museum is located right beside the apartment also.

I truly love the vibe and free americano and water there, also I had a dinner and cocktails there which was nice. The room was clean and the laundry was good (although it’s a little bit expensive). The receptionist there was hospitable and willing to help. You can lock your luggage there and it’s make me go around much more easier.

Very bad experience. We chose this establishment because we planned to arrive at night, and as indicated on their website, the reception is open and check-in is possible 24 hours a day. So I book a room, and I try several times to contact the hotel to warn of our late arrival, around 00:00-02:00 in the morning. Very unresponsive, no one answers me. After 3 reminders by email and 2 calls, I finally managed to reach someone who informed me that there would be no problem arriving during the night. He tells me that the supplement is €20 per person. Or 80€ for a family of 4 people. This information is not indicated anywhere on their site. Knowing that I had already paid the price of the room, I had no other choice but to accept this unpleasant surprise, a little disappointed I must say because it almost corresponded to the price paid for the room. After 1000km of driving, we arrived at 3:00 a.m. with our young children. The receptionist first told me that the person in charge of check-in was no longer there because I had specified a range between 00:00 and 02:00, and that it was 3:00. I try to explain to him that the schedule does not matter, the main thing is to warn and pay the additional costs. Then, the receptionist asks us for the children's identity documents, which we do not have. He tells me that entry will not be possible. After several minutes of negotiation, still impossible to access the room. I request a refund: impossible. I am asking for a commercial gesture, at least a partial refund: impossible. The friendly receptionist doesn't want to know anything. We are exhausted by the road, and decide to leave the place. Very big lack of responsiveness, communication, transparency and honesty from this hotel. If you are passing through the pretty town of Milano: avoid this establishment!! They are thieves !
