IF you don't mind a hotel room in the same building as student dorms, the hotel is cool. The rooms are large, the ac is actually one of the best I've found in Europe (but don't take that to mean it will be chilly by any means), the showers are excellent and walk in, there is plenty of space to store and sort open luggage, room and surfaces to work, good lighting and fair, firm beds that are so-so comfortable, albeit great if you like firm. Also, there is 24 hr food and drink options and friendly staff.
It's a bit tricky to find so I recommend you do a Google Earth view to know what you're looking for. Signs are there, but they are small, distant from the street, and if you're carrying luggage from the metro and getting tired and hot, they are easy to miss.
But great, comfortable, cool rooms. I'd book again for sure.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful with my luggage. I was studying abroad alone and hadn't yet received my temporary residence permit, so I stayed at the host sister's guesthouse for two nights. The place was impeccably clean, centrally located, and very spacious, even featuring a kitchen. It offered exceptional value for money. Communicating with the host (sister) via WeChat was very convenient. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

It is very uncomfortable that you can settle strictly until 9 p.m., we barely managed to get off the train. If we didn't manage - we would just stay on the street for the night, the doors close for the night. Staff speaks excellent English. The room is clean, but the repair in an unclear style and has already been exhausted, especially this is visible by the plumbing, and the mirror in the bath on the edges is rough. It was cold and the air conditioning system did not help much. Here could be useful slippers, but they were not provided. But there were 3 blankets for 2 people. The room had a kitchen with all the dishes including a durrchlag, a turkey and a coffee turkey, and there was no teapot - it was surprising. There was a fan and a microwave. The safe was not used. The windows went out into a narrow yard. The noise isolation is terrible, woke up at night from the sounds of the neighboring bathroom and the snoring from there. Wifi worked, but you need to log in once a day
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! It's a bit far from the city center, but thankfully just a minute's walk from a metro station. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Luciano at the front desk! ๐
The location is so-so, 15 minutes to walk after getting off the subway, it is not as convenient to travel closer to the subway. The room has a strange smell. After taking a bath, there is no hot water after bathing alone, and it will take a while to get there. To enter the gate, you have to ring the doorbell to call the front desk to open, which is not very convenient. The only good thing is that there is a big supermarket downstairs which is more convenient for shopping.

We liked this hotel so much: the location is good (20 minutes by foot to Milano Centrale or 40 minutes by foot to all main locations), the breakfast is very tasty and windows have a very good soundproofing.

Very Good
RRandage Saumya HarshaniI recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfectโclose to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and well cared for. Iโd happily stay here again on my next trip to Milan.
GGuest UserWas ok is a smart pocket living type of accommodation so tight on space but suited our needs and was only here for one night .
WiFi was pretty non existent in the room .
3 adults in room
CCharlotteBooked to stay here with my 2 daughters very spacious and clean towels where available and the kitchen was equipped for everything needed only downside was no oven gloves/tea towels and I noticed that the plug in the kitchen didn't work and every now and then the cooker would trip the electrics
The worst part was getting hold off reception I rang about 7 times emailed and rang the bell to try and check out this morning and couldn't get an answer to find out how I check out and what to do with the keys
Kkoto midoriThe receptionist is available 24 hours a day so you can check in no matter what time you arrive at the hotel. Since there is no elevator, it is difficult to have large luggage. Perhaps the walls were thin, I was worried about the noise and voice outside the room at night.
