This hotel for us in Milan is make us so happy and comfortable because we quite suffer when we are in Naples (stay in an apartment which no lift). This hotel is 24 hrs and the reception is helpful and good speaking English. They is very good service. I will stay here again. The metro station is near. The room is clean and breakfast is great. Everything was great.

Complimentary fruit is available daily. I also received a welcome drink upon check-in. Its proximity to the Central Station makes it perfect for transit. The only downside is the lack of bed curtains, which can make it a bit too bright in the mornings.

The room was very clean, the bed was big, and there were many cabinets for luggage. The front desk provided free purified water, coffee and small bread. The only drawback was that the shower was in the bathtub, which was a bit slippery, and the glass baffle was not fixed, which was a bit dangerous.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to both the train and subway stations. It's also just a 5-minute walk to the airport shuttle bus stop serving major airports. A convenient breakfast place is located right across the street downstairs. The living room is very spacious, though the bedroom is of standard hotel size. Cleanliness was decent, but the facilities and bedding are quite average.

Location is excellent. Service is friendly.
The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. I had to flip the mattress over which improves only a little bit. Had backache when I woke up.
Every amenities have to be requested including the kettle.
Air conditioning has to be adjusted centrally from the front desk.
Breakfast is ok. Pay at check in for €18. If pay up front it would be €25.

Amazing location & great stay!
The location is absolutely perfect — just a 3–5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. The hotel is easy to find and very well-connected, with a tram stop right in front. There’s also a supermarket just two blocks away (Aldi!), which was super convenient.
The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Staff were nice, friendly, and super helpful throughout my stay.
I really loved staying here and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

Классные апартаменты, в номере чистота, все есть - у нас была даже мини кухня с посудой. Все технологично (вход по пин-коду- удобно не будет ужины ключи/ карточки)

Its location near Milan Central Station makes getting around a breeze. Plus, there's a direct airport shuttle bus stop right by the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel's decor is simple and bright, the facilities are unfortunately not well-maintained.

Convenient location and comfortable bedding, but the facilities need improvement.
When turning on the shower, the overhead showerhead leaks. There is a gap at the bottom of the bathroom glass door, causing water to spill out and create puddles even when the door is closed.
The room design poses safety concerns. Despite requesting to avoid a basement room before check-in, the request was denied due to full occupancy. The assigned room was on the ground floor with windows facing the street, lacking any security measures, making it difficult to sleep soundly. The room’s soundproofing was poor; workers were heard using metal carts to move goods as early as 4 a.m., with noise continuing until 7 a.m. Additionally, the room was on the same floor as the restaurant, which was extremely noisy during breakfast time, severely affecting rest.

LLynnTiffVery clean, large rooms. Great sound proof windows. Powerful air-conditioning in July. VERY near Centrale Train Station. Small toilet with weak shower water pressure. Hairdryer is very old-school. No kettle. Overall a good hotel, will be back.

VViktorFalkThe atmosphere, the people, everything breathed Italy. Felt right on all levels, very good service, would really recommend this place.
Some noise from the central station but that's to be expected. Great location, so worth it.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for one night. It's within a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station. The location is good. It's very clean. There are no amenities other than shampoo. Be careful, as you will be charged extra if you ask for them as you would in Japan. If you stay here, be sure to bring your own hygiene products. I didn't like the phone service of one of the ladies. She hung up on me with a ”clack!”. Other than that, I think this is one of the best hotels to stay in Milan.

GGuest UserGreat location, very close to the train station.
But the elevator for access the hotel is a bit tiny and antiquated but it's interesting to take it for the first time.
The room is big enough for two ppl, not very up to date but it's okay for one night and price is reasonable.

KKeweiyidisaIt was absolutely fantastic, far better than I expected. It's just one street away from the train station, just a short walk away. It's in a striking yellow building with blue windows. I arrived at 11 PM. The lobby door was locked, but there was a clearly marked doorbell next to it, with instructions on how to knock. I rang the doorbell and it opened. I entered the lobby and took the elevator to the third floor. The receptionist was a very kind and considerate elderly man. I initially thought the room was small, but upon entering, it was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. It was the first time in Europe that a hotel provided disposable slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, snacks, earplugs, and two bottles of water. It was so convenient that I didn't have to bring anything out myself. The bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator was the perfect temperature, and there was a floor fan. It felt like home, and I loved it. The only downside was that the shower was a little small, and it was easy to bump into the door when I showered, but it didn't affect my stay.

LLukeTW86This hotel was perfect! The ovation is right next to the train station and metro, which made getting around Milan quite easy. It wasn’t difficult to locate either.
The room was clean and standard size, with a proper queen size bed. The AC worked well and kept us cool. The mini fridge was a nice touch too. The room decor was modern. The shower worked well.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk even accommodated a request for a water kettle for my room. The cleaning staff was also friendly.
I was a little hesitant to purchase the breakfast buffet at a price of 18 euros per person, but we tried it day 1 of our stay and was quite impressed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choices, including properly cooked bacon! We purchased an additional day of breakfast buffet because we enjoyed it so much.
Overall, the wonderful hotel for the price. Great value.

GGuest UserI urgently needed to find a hotel due to an unexpected situation. Luckily, I found this one! The price is affordable, the room is clean and bright with two windows, and the staff are really lovely. Although the walls are a bit thin, I had earplugs with me, so I slept soundly.

BBeameryIf you don't like cats, this is not your hotel. The hotel has a 24-hour reception service and will store your luggage after you check out. It is 8 minutes from Milano Centrale, so if you plan to leave Milan by train to various destinations, it is ideal, also for going to and from the airport. The staff is very friendly and kind and the cats are adorable. We had breakfast and it was not a very luxurious breakfast, but there was everything, bread, croissants, yogurt, cheese, cereals, among others, and a very good coffee. For Milan prices, this hotel is good value for money. If you have reduced mobility, it has an elevator, but it is not wheelchair accessible. As for the room, it was clean and adequate, with a small shower and the shampoo-gel was a bit bad, but it did its job. The heating worked great and we were not cold at all.
