everything was great — the apartment was clean, the location was very convenient, and the staff responded quickly to all my questions. Highly recommend!
Room facilities and living conditions are very good. The actual situation of the housing is fully in line with the pictures provided by the store. But the homeowner asked for a deposit of 300 euros, and the payment from the link was unsuccessful. The blue screen screen of the mobile phone showed that the text was not English. I doubt that this payment method is not prohibited by the state. After repeated negotiations, I went to the homeowner's office not far away to pay the deposit by swiping the credit card. The whole process was delayed for at least 2 hours.
I came here to say for the weekend with my mom as it was my birthday. We stayed on the VIP floor (which I would recommend doing, extra little goodies). I highly recommended this hotel. The staff are an absolute delight and are extremely helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing, and the smell…….Smells gorgeous every time I walk in. The metro station is literally a 2 min walk away and you’ll be in cathedral square in less than 10 mins (about 5-7mins). Excellent location and the bar and restaurant are lovely too. The room is very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. I like how they give you wash cloths as well. Would deffo stay here again 10/10.
The location is spot on. Walking distance to the duomo and the shopping districts and 4 mins walk to Armani Hotel and metro. I didn’t like that the lobby and the lift seems of a different generation from modern times. It’s really old and lift doesn’t bring the confidence it needs. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms and I felt the LED lights changer is unnecessary and the TV in the toilet is good to have but not a must. The electronics between main and toilet tv also doesn’t work too well. I have heard reviews from others that things have been stolen before so I always put my Do not disturb on. But somehow whenever I go out the DNC always gets reset so I had to put the door pamphlet DNC.

The bedsheets were dirty.
I saw that I had two suitcases. I bought a ticket and checked in the baggage. When I arrived at the airport, I was charged 50 euros for the baggage. They asked me to refund 619 for the baggage. They told me that I couldn't get a refund after using it. I laughed! **Ctrip, you are really making money! Goodbye!
SSam TuffsWe had everything we needed and it was perfect. Cheap, friendly staff and the breakfast was not half bad, a little limited but it was only €10 buffet each so we won’t complain. Beds were comfy and we also had a mini fridge!
GGuest UserWe got to the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk guy was very friendly and very fast.
When we got into our room we noticed that there were some black long hairs in the back of the door, as well as someone’s pink underwear hanging from one of the towel hangers. The next day we noticed they didn’t clean the hairs from the door, and as well they didn’t clean up the room well, I blew up my nose late at night and forgot to throw away one of the Kleenex in the morning, which was in my nightstand when we came back on the afternoon.
I have to be honest, I was not expecting an over the top situation, but at least for them to clean the rooms well, it’s the bare minimum.
迟迟#早餐# Breakfast is very warm, cappuccino is very good, the front desk staff is also very good, the room is very big #空调#Air conditioning is very powerful, we live on the roof, there are two small balconies, great!
SSufeiyabaobeiIt's a very old hotel, but the facilities are good. Because the breakfast is delicious and the overall room rate is lower than the surrounding areas, I stayed here twice in Milan. Opposite the hotel is a large park, which is very beautiful in spring. It's OK to walk to the city center to buy things. The surrounding sushi restaurants and ice cream shops are also delicious.
